Quick Facts About Q Nails & Tan
Q Nails & Tan place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of both strengths and weaknesses. In order to achieve a minimum of 500 words, additional analysis and elaboration will be needed to provide a comprehensive evaluation.
Starting with the strengths:
1. Skillful and Beautiful Work: The initial comment highlights the beautiful work done by Larry, who ensures that the nails look perfect. This implies that the technicians at Q Nails & Tan place possess the necessary skills to provide aesthetically pleasing results.
2. Friendly Staff and Efficient Service: The second comment mentions that the staff is nice and quick in attending to customers. This indicates that the employees prioritize customer service, resulting in a positive and pleasant atmosphere within the salon.
3. Cleanliness: One reviewer commends the cleanliness of the establishment, stating that the salon looks very clean and not bulky. This suggests that Q Nails & Tan place maintains high standards in terms of hygiene, which is essential for any nail salon.
4. Variety of Services: The positive review also mentions that the salon offers a range of services, including acrylics, gel polish, manis, and pedis. This indicates that customers have a wide selection of options to choose from, catering to different preferences and needs.
5. Good Experience with Certain Technicians: Two separate comments indicate that customers had positive experiences with specific technicians (Larry and Lisa). This implies that there are skilled and knowledgeable individuals within the salon who consistently provide satisfactory services.
Moving on to the weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Results: Several reviewers express disappointment with the final results of their nail services. Complaints include uneven application, clumpy and thick acrylics, bleeding cuticles, and nails that appear crooked or cracked. These inconsistent outcomes indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality control within certain parts of the salon.
2. Poor Customer Service: One customer complains about the attitude and behavior of a specific technician. They mention instances of being yelled at and treated disrespectfully when attempting to discuss their concerns and request a refund. This clearly reflects a failure in customer service and professionalism on the part of the technician and the salon as a whole.
3. Allergic Reaction: Another customer reports experiencing an allergic reaction to the acrylics used at Q Nails & Tan place. This raises concerns about the quality and safety of the products being used in the salon, potentially indicating a lack of proper sanitation or the use of low-quality materials.
4. Pricey Services: One reviewer mentions that they found the prices at Q Nails & Tan place to be higher than anticipated. While this may not be a significant drawback for some customers, it can be a deterrent for price-sensitive individuals who may expect more consistent and satisfactory results given the higher cost.
Based on these strengths and weaknesses, it is evident that Q Nails & Tan place has areas of excellence but also several areas that need improvement. The salon needs to focus on maintaining consistent quality, ensuring proper sanitation and safety measures, and fostering a professional and respectful environment for both customers and staff. By addressing these weaknesses, Q Nails & Tan place has the potential to become a reliable and highly recommended nail salon.
Best TL Reviews
Beautiful work! Ive gone here numerous times before but the nails they did today were too pretty not to leave a review. Larry always does a good job and makes sure the nails look perfect. Was a little pricey-er than i was expecting but i had never gotten the pearl dusting before, so it was probably more. Which is fine by me.
I took my daughter here to get her nails done for homecoming before they started I showed them a pic of what we wanted done they explained to us what they was able to do and not able to do which was fine. So we went ahead got them done they made her bleed they kept hurting her In the process. And when they were finished we were very disappointed because some nails were thicker then others and extra thick at that they didn't do what we agreed on. So long story short they looked horrible. They next day we went back they removed them and gave us the 75$ back. Never will I recommend someone to go there or go back myself.
Don't get me wrong, the ladies that work here are very nice and got my two friends and I in the chair very quickly and got to work on our nails. My friends had a good experience with their mail technician, but mine put gel polish on my nails even though I didn't want it and it upped the price $12. She also kept telling me nicely to relax my hands, which I did, but towards the end she started to get irritated and jerked my hands around instead of telling me to move them up to the fan or to move them under the light. When she was finished, she stood up and yelled at me for not relaxing my hands. This was two days ago, and my nails already look like they need a fill. Some of the nails were also done very unevenly. It's not worth the price to get acrylics here, but the manis and pedis were done well.
Update: I had an allergic reaction to my acrylics and to take them off after 6 days of pain in my fingertips. I've never had any problems with acrylics. My fingertips are now blistered and the slightest touch is painful.
horrible. my nails are thick and clumpy my cuticles are irritated on two of my nails, and made me bleed. they are no where near even , they are all crooked, bulky, and cracked. it looks like a toddler did it. do better.
I have been coming here for over 6yrs and when i leave my nails is perfect. I have tried other places but, this one is my favorite because, they look very clean and not bulky.
I only go to this place for my nails and never disappointed..Larry and Lisa are Fantastic!! My nails always on point! Wish i could give 10 stars.
NAILS DID NOT LOOK PROFESSIONALLY DONE! Acrylic was thick, my nails were drilled until my nail bed felt raw, tips were different lengths, some tips were crooked. I had them remove nails the next day since they were horrible and THEY WOULDN'T FIX THE NAILS OR GIVE A REFUND! The young girl got aggressive when I was waiting to speak to someone about my refund or other resolution. I had to record to have proof it wasn't me. I spent 70.00 for them to look like a child was playing in polish. I had acrylic/glue all around my fingers. I sat patiently and quiet with my child for her to start yelling and leaning across the counter. I then told her that was unprofessional and that you should never treat customers with such disrespect. It was bad enough the nails looked horrible. IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE SINCE 1999 AND IVE NEVER HAD TO GET MY NAILS REDONE. If I don't like the polish that's fine, 1crooked nail I'll live, glue on my hands it'll be ok but these were the worst I've ever seen. My mom even said she had never disliked my nails until that set!
Walked in was greeted prompt and asked what I wanted had a picture for reference of ombre nails and a pedicure..was very relaxing and I got exactly what I wanted. Will be going back.
