My first visit. I came because I wanted to try the new SNS powder polish so I gave Nina a try. The Ladies are all sisters. Very warm and relaxing environment. I will definitely return!

I've been to several salons to get my nails done and I've had negative and positive experiences. My visit at Kay's was positive and I will definitely be going back.
I am in between about this place and here’s why. Everyone was very nice. The lady that did my toes and nails was very sweet and she took her time. My toes look amazing with the gel polish and so did my nails but…. When she did my nails she didn’t trim my my cuticles or push them back and she didn’t really trim my real nails which are kind of long before she put the acrylic on. It hasn’t even been a week and my one of my nails cracked and the the other one has a chip in it, they feel really thin. I am a stay at home Mom and I’m not rough on my nails at all for this to even happen. I spent almost $200 in there so I am extremely disappointed in this.
I had a spur of the moment pedicure with my mom from out of town. BEST!!! Experience!!! The tech that did my feet and nails helped my daughter have a great experience as well. He sat her in a comfy chair Then kept checking on her for me as he could see my concerns every 20 minutes or so. She told me later in the car that SHE wanted her toes done. When I offered to do them later, she said “No mom! I wanted HIM to do them”! Lol. I guess we’ll be going back for her birthday
I wouldn’t even give them one star rating. I had a 10:30 appointment that I made last Friday and after arriving at 10:15 and tell them I have an appointment and picking out a colour that had sit there for an hour. After being there for an hour management states that they are short staffed and have to go by who signed in first. What about those of us who have appointments management says they have to work this way due to being short staffed. I had an appointment why would you acknowledge my appointment have me sit there for an hour and tell me your going by who signed in first. So stupid I will never again go there it’s so sad it really is. Worst business ever worst customer service. They don’t deserve that one star rating.
I am here every other week. Today I noticed that when I entered my credit card it said $29.88 when my receipt was printed I was charged $31.10. I questioned this and the lady said they charge for using the card. You really should post that there is a charge for using a credit card. Especially when the customer sees one price when entering the card then is charged something totally different.
My service was great.
