I have gone to this salon for years. Kimmy generally does exquisite work and is my go to nail tech but is often rushed because of back to back customers. With my most recent manicure, it was good but I accidentally broke a nail. I went in to get it fixed and Kimmy fixed it very quickly. About a week later, the same nail I had fixed fell off… like the whole dip powered nail. Also, I used the ATM during the service and the lady refused to give me back the fee like the posted sign indicated the salon would do. She said she would not give me back the fee because my replacement nail was only $5 despite the fact that I took $100 from the ATM and the fact that my previous service was over $60. They should add a minimum service amount to the fine print of the sign if this is their practice. I will say that the salon is clean and modern but it is definitely overpriced. The older lady could be more friendly and so could a few of the other nail techs. Overall, I would recommend the salon though.
I called for a reservation and asked for Gel Tips on Tuesday, 12/28. The woman doing my nails was annoyed because she didn’t know I had booked an appointment for Gel Tips. When I tried to explain I wanted Gel Tips, there was a lot of confusion with the service requested and when her coworker explained it, she proceeded with an attitude the entire service. There were many other issues however, I will not spend any more of my energy on it. I was trying to be positive, taking into account her so situation and feelings especially for the Holidays, and then my nail broke only 3 days later. I will never be back, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
This place is great! Got my nails done for my wedding and they came out beautiful. Kimmy was super friendly and took her time to make my nails perfect! I highly recommend her
Paid 65$ for a dip powder set on Thursday 9/22/22. Was told should last 2-3 weeks. I wake up this morning, go to put on a robe and my nail completely pops off. Lasted 5 days. Not impressed at all and very disappointed
I initially went in for Dip powder but the nail tech I had asked another tech too many questions about how to do the service so I changed my mind and got Gel, to which the nail tech seemed so relieved. That wasn’t the worst part, to me it’s whatever, Dip or Gel is fine. I’m giving 1 star because when she asked if I wanted my nails cut down I said yes, but just a little since I love long nails. She cut them all the way down! I almost cried. Most places start taking a little off and ask if that’s ok or if you want more off… nope not her, she just cut them all off. I told her I was upset and she said it’s fine, they’ll grow. I will never go back! The amount of good reviews is really misleading!
I called and asked what a gel pedicure cost. I was told 35$. When I’m done, all of a sudden a gel pedicure is 50$??? My nails and toes aren’t even clean lines. Some gel is on my cuticles , my toes are terrible and crooked. Not happy with this visit at all
Via does an AMAZING job. She definitely is a perfectionist with every detail and makes sure she paints and files the shape of the nails exactly how you want them. I saw how the other nail techs were doing also and they looked like they also did a great job. I only gave posh nails a 4 star because they are pretty pricey. I paid $75 for a new full set with gel polish & just got a refill for $50...Most places only charge between $25-$35 for a refill, but if you're picky with how your nails are done and dont mind paying a lot, I definitely recommend posh nails
Pedicures are amazing with hot rock massage & then when drying a neck & shoulder massage. Love the girls there , always my go to
