I went in to get a haircut from Sierra. My hair was down to the middle of my back and I wanted to go shorter. I asked for it to be at the middle of mu chest and for some layers. She cut it to my shoulders and put choppy layers all throughout. My shortest layer isnt even angled and it falls above my ears. My hair looks HORRIBLE and now I’m going to have to spend more money to get it fixed and go even shorter than I wanted.
I love this place. I came into the salon for the first time sobbing because my previous stylist ruined my hair (as in I had chunks of hair falling out!) Nichole cut my hair to hide the bald spots FOR FREE. I’ve been going back ever since (3-4 years) and she’s been spending that time getting my hair health back to what it was before my previous stylist destroyed it. Her cut and coloring is always exquisite and has always given me exactly what I ask for. She’s amazing and truly cares about cosmetology ❤️????❤️????
I used this company for my bridal hair updo. Very disappointed. I didn’t get what I asked for at all. I won’t even post certain angles of myself on my wedding day because of what she did to my hair. I looked like an alien with the bumpit I was given which so nothing like I asked for. I took a second to process what I had received and when I looked back to ask for it to by corrected they had already left. I was also late to my ceremony because it took so long. However, my hair took approximately 20 mins. As the bride. My hair was falling out before I even walked out to the ceremony. I had to have my bridesmaids help bobby-pin it up more because it was falling out at the bottom. We paid good money. The girl that did my hair that said not one word to me and looked at my photo one time for my hair. Didn’t make sure there was plenty of time spent on mine and to make sure it looked good and held up good - her name is missy bradshaw. 10/10 do not recommend.

Went to get a haircut. Appointment at 4:30 waited until 5:15. Hair was on shoulders. Ask for a short cut..I got a trim. Noticed hairs hanging uncut over ears, and on base of neck some long strands. Tried calling back next day.. No answer. Went to shop later in evening. Was told they would text hairdresser. Waited until evening of next day. She said she couldn't help to straighten up cut,until next Tuesday. Told her to forget it. Wasted $30.00.. and a bad haircut. Great way to start off year.
Kyra knows how to make a girl feel special. I've been happy for the last 7 years with her services and hope to continue with many many more.
If I could give a 50 star rating I would. This was my first time going. I was treated very well. Tuxie gave me my first facial ever and it was amazing. Missie did my hair and it was perfect. Jennifer did my nails and was awesome. If you have never been here before I highly recommend you go
