First pic is what I showed the nail tech and he said he was able to recreate it. The second and third pics are what I walked out with. I came in for a fill, and the nail tech did not even file off my old color and left the gap between my acrylics and cuticles visible. Then, after 5 layers of gel polish, my nails were a thick and uneven mess. The heart design really tops it off, none of them are even or centered. I tried to get a refund but I wasn’t able to get one. Definitely not worth your time or money.
The older couple in the salon were very nice and accommodating but the younger girl that's working there was extremely rude and short with me. In addition she did a poor job on my nails, left paint on my fingers as you can see in the picture. In addition, at the end I realized that they had used 2 different colors on my hands and toes. I had asked for them to be the same color. By that time I was so frustrated I just left . I would not recommend allowing the younger girl who works there to do your nails. She really needs a lesson in customer service.
I usually go here pretty frequently to get my nails done. Let's just say after this time it will be a very long time before I give them anymore of my money.
I asked for medium length and the older lady made them super short. They are also all different lengths and not smooth. I just got them done 3 days ago and they look this bad. I thought it was just me over thinking it but they really are horrible. The older lady was doing them and then had to go do another ladies pedicure so she had a young girl who've I've never seen there before paint my nails. They seemed to be in a huge rush and you're barely even out of the chair before they are rushing you to pay. They also always ask for cash instead of using cards which I think is kindve rude. Seriously save your money and go somewhere else. I'm so bummed out over these ugly things.
the only two people here who are good are angel and her husband Vincent. The older lady did this set and they are all different shapes and lengths and I asked for a almond shape. The polish is a hot mess, my nails are crooked, and not straight on the sides. I was one of two people in the salon and she did not even take her time, which is obvious. Definitely not worth 50 bucks.
I went there to get my nails done for my wedding which is in 4 days! The lady is super rude and my nails look horrible!
Went this evening for a manicure, and I literally came straight home and went to make dinner, felt something wet on my hand, looked down and here my gel polish was put on too thick and didn’t cure. It bubbled and peeled off. Not pleased. Calling them tomorrow so they fix it and I definitely will not be paying for it to be fixed.
went there about two weeks ago got a full set of acrylic showed them the picture of what i wanted and they said they could do it. the guy told me to set at his station and he started doing my nails until another lady came in and then he made me move and put me the other mail tech, she asked if i just wanted my tips done and i said and the flams because the picture i had shown had flames then she proceeded to tell me that she can’t do what they said they could, i did get a little upset because they told me they could do it then in the middle said they couldn’t, i told her i wish she would have told me that before and i wouldn’t came back another day when they had the right person there that could do design, so i just got plan black nails for the price of 55 two of them have broken off already and they are not even at all…
Got a gel pedicure here by an appointment. I liked their selection of colors. The pedicure turned out fantastic
