I’ve gone to this nail salon for a long time and they’ve always done so good. But the last time i went it was terrible. It was such an awful experience. My nails felt like they were burning off and the man made me bleed twice. He was so rough that i cried in the salon. and the nails looks terrible. i would not recommend

Very painful experience, drilled one of my nails so much it hurted and started bleeding… didn’t like the shape and some of my nails were very uneven.. only thing I did enjoy was my pedicure but I’m never going back again.. the man in there did my nails and toes, and I feel like he very much rushed through my nails. Will be finding a nail tech because these salons are not it.
my friend and i went here for a girls day and we explained that we were both here for the same thing and we wanted to go together. she took my friend first and told me it would only be 2 minutes until my turn. it has been 30 minutes and there had been an open chair this whole time. if there was going to be a longer wait, at least tell us the truth. completely DO NOT recommend and def NOT worth the price
Extremely disappointing. To begin with, there was some clear gel polish left from a previous pedicure that she was just going to paint over. When I explained I hadn’t been able to get it off and pointed it out, she used a drill and still left spots of clear gel. I asked for a deluxe pedicure after getting a blank stare in response to my initial request for a regular pedicure. A deluxe pedicure lists “additional massage” as one of the upsells - there was no massage, and certainly not an additional one. There was no foot mask. She did not even bother to paint to the edge of my nails. $38 service and an $8 tip I would never recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever. Some guy in there is the rudest person ever. I just walked out. They don’t treat people with respect and they don’t deserve your business.
They do awesome nails, but that Man in there name Kevin is a piece of work.
