I would not have even given this place one star if I didn't have to or if that was an option. I am so disappointed in both the customer service and the cleanliness. I made an appointment got there and waited for nearly an hour before I made the decision to leave after hearing how other girls nails were so messed up but they didn't want to say anything and then one of them mentioned that the gal who did their pedicures used the Same Dremel tip on all of their feet and never washed or replaced the tip even though one of them mentioned they have fungus on their big toe. I was so grosed out I left and will never go back. I highly suggest stay away from here.

I wouldnt go again for the pedicure. They arent clear on pricing before hand. They advertise $25 but charge my friend and I $30. Not a big deal but annoying. They also never asked if we wanted to upgrade the service. They advertise different levels and my friend wanted the 2nd level but wasn't really given a chance.
They also went really fast didn't spend much time on our feet.
They hurt my feet, used a really rough stone to do a callus removal and scraped the soft part of my foot really hard. The “massage” if you can call it that was just some lotion on my legs. Didn’t massage them or my feet. I got acrylics and they are not all the same size. There’s glue all over my fingers and I’m annoyed the shapes are not the same and even. Some are thicker than others, they didn’t check that both hands had the same length. There’s gel all over my cuticles. I’m very disappointed. I will not be back.
Love love the acrylic under gel top technic I get here. Never chips of lifts. I’ve hated every Idaho nail experience except for Cali.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Cali Nails. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the salon was unsanitary. If you care about your health and safety, I would recommend finding a different salon.
My wife and I went here for pedicures. The basic pedicure was $25. It was fast and basic. I’m not sure what they were saying about my feet I’m sure They were probably complaining about the length of my toenails but they did a great job.
