I’ve only been getting my brows done for a little over a year, i always just waxed at home( bad idea). One day a coworker recommended Brow bliss and I couldn’t be happier with my brows. The service is amazing. Everyone there goes above and beyond and truly is passionate about the work they do. Thank you all at brow bliss for my beautiful brows!
This facility is okay at best. I had a Groupon I used initially and they have a membership offer I took advantage of while it was still a bit on the cheaper side. It’s a 3 month membership and initially when I got it the price was reasonable given it’s unlimited eyebrow threading. When my 3 months was up the membership price went up by over $20!! That’s a pretty insane hike, not even sure if you can blame this one on inflation. The customer service was not worth the renewal of the membership. The workers there would always show preference to the people they knew instead of honoring the order in which patrons arrived. Would not recommend if you don’t know people there already. They are very cliquey and show favoritism which is a bad business practice.
These folks do a great job! I've gone twice, and am entirely pleased. They accept walk-ins, too. Threading seems to be far more accurate than waxing, and it lasts longer, too.
I only come to get my brows done by Nilo when she is working. She is one of the owners and she is the best! We have been working on growing my brows out because certain spots are patchy. I come 1x every 2 weeks. She is so amazing at what she does. I always leave happy when Nilo has done my brows. Will forever be my eyebrow place. She also always offers to color my brows in for me at the end. But this time she gave me a complimentary tint because she had extras. I will also be adding the tinting service when getting my brows done because they look great.
Never have I been more humiliated than today. I walked in the lady was cashing out a client and a different lady walked in and walked to the chair. I didn’t interrupt their conversation, I signed in and sat down. Turned out the lady that walked in before me was the mother of the girl. There was another employee drying her hair. I waited, I was not acknowledged. The lady who worked there went to the back got her keys went to her car and came back. Still not even looking at me. Still treating me like I did not exist. The lady drying her hair was now straightening it. It must have been a good 10 minutes and not a word was said to me from anyone. I continued to wait. I finally got up, crossed my name off the list and left. There was no one waiting. They blatantly chose to ignore me without any reason. I will never be back to be subjected to this type of horrible customer service and neither will my family who has been going there since they opened. Thank you Brow Bliss for discriminating against me in such an openly manner. You should be ashamed of yourself.
I have been coming here for the past 10 years. They offer a number of services, hair cuts, hair dyes, facials, lash tinting, and brow and face threading which is the main reason I come in. They offer 3 month memberships which vary depending on the services you are looking for. If you come in more than once a month, it is totally worth it. There might be a wait when you come in on the weekends, but good things are worth waiting for. So whether it is Nilo, Azi, Fariba, or Hazha helping you, you are guaranteed excellent customer service and powerful brows that will be on fleek. They are always having a good time, and you are guaranteed to walk out feeling better than when you walked in. I highly recommend Brow Bliss to anyone.
Nilo did such an amazing job on my lash lift and brow thread that I can't stop looking in the mirror! I've had several other ladies here thread my brows and they have always sone a great job. Everyone is so professional and nice, highly recommend!
I absolutely LOVE Brow Bliss! I buy the 3-month membership to get my brows and upper lip threaded. It is so worth it! I literally go in every 7-10 days to get threaded and to keep the crisp, fresh look of my brows. I am typically in and out in under 10 minutes. The owners are there and are the ones typically doing the threading. This is a place you definitely want to visit and for certain check out their membership!!!
