Quick Facts About Café Rebecca

Café Rebecca Place receives overwhelmingly positive feedback in the comments provided. The strengths of the establishment include the generous portion sizes, the lovely atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable prices, and the quality of the food and coffee. These positive attributes contribute to an overall positive customer experience.
One of the strengths mentioned by multiple commenters is the size of the breakfast portions. Customers mention that a big breakfast can easily be shared between two people. This is a great selling point for those looking to get a filling meal without feeling overwhelmed by the portion size. The fact that the breakfast is not greasy is also mentioned, indicating that the food is cooked well and not overly oily.
The lovely atmosphere and friendly service are also strengths of Café Rebecca Place. Commenters mention that the staff is attentive, friendly, and always smiling while providing service. The waitstaff is described as the nicest and most helpful ever. This kind of positive customer service can greatly enhance the dining experience and make customers feel valued and welcomed.
The location of Café Rebecca Place is mentioned as a positive aspect as well. Being right opposite the pier allows customers to enjoy a lovely view while dining and provides a great place to people-watch. The indoor/outdoor seating option is also appreciated as it gives customers the flexibility to dine in a space they prefer.
The quality of the coffee is praised by a few commenters, with one even describing it as the best coffee they have had in England. Good coffee is an important factor for many customers, and having high-quality coffee can set a café apart from its competition.
Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, there are a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One commenter mentions not having the option of fried bread instead of toast. Offering a choice between toast and fried bread could be a small change that may improve customer satisfaction. Another commenter mentions that their latte tasted like sachet coffee or had an unpleasant caramel or toffee flavor. This suggests that there may be some inconsistencies in the taste and quality of the coffee. Ensuring a consistent and high-quality coffee experience for all customers is an area for improvement.
In conclusion, Café Rebecca Place seems to have numerous strengths that contribute to a positive customer experience. The generous portions, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and quality food and coffee are all mentioned as positive aspects of the establishment. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement, such as offering more breakfast options like fried bread and ensuring consistency in the taste and quality of coffee. Overall, the positive feedback greatly outweighs the negative, suggesting that Café Rebecca Place is a worthwhile and enjoyable dining experience.

Lovely breakfast made fresh and so generous with the portion. A big breakfast could easily be shared between 2 people. Lovely atmosphere and service from the staff. Worth every penny!
Lovely staff, attentive and friendly. Smiles with service. Breakfast did the job. I would rather toast than fried bread, I didn’t mind but it would be nice to have the option. We asked for lattés but they tasted like sachet ones or like they had some kind of caramel or toffee flavour in? My partner couldn’t drink his as he didn’t like it.
Absolutely lovely breakfast! Staff were friendly! Prices weren't bad, definitely worth stopping in!
Nicest staff ever. Each booth fits two people opposite each other company, so it’s a little smaller than it looks at first. However, the food was fresh, fried and exactly what we wanted.
Fab location right opposite the pier. Lovely place to sit and soak up the sun and people watch :) Not sure if the waiter is the manager or not but he's just the nicest guy, certainly service with a smile. Lovely coffee too ☕
Called in for bacon butty and coffee, staff were amazing and even asked how we liked our bacon cooking which I think is a first! Brought our dogs water too, even before serving us which was nice. Food and coffees were both pleasant and great prices too.
Amazing food! Best coffee we've had in england and wonderful and friendly staff / customer service! Will come back from london to eat!! Indoor/outdoor seating available, english breakfast, lamb/chicken/beef to choose from. Almost on the shore very pleased!
