I’ve been coming here for a few years and work with Song exclusively for my manicures/nails & others for pedicures!
Song does a great job and is time efficient! She feels like a lifelong friend each time I’m in and I enjoy her company.
Recently, I made appointments on a Saturday morning for my sister and I and we were both happy with our outcomes. The massage is timed well and the staff does a great job!
All the technicians here are amazing! Pedicures are very relaxing and they take pride in their work. You will never leave unsatisfied with your nails. May does my acrylic, I have attached a couple of pictures to show her amazing work. She is very time efficient and will help create designs and looks for your nails based on what you want.
Went there for my first time yesterday after seeing good reviews and pictures of nice looking acrylic nails. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I got a brand new full set and paid $70 for something that turned out looking like a hot mess. When she put the tip on my right pointer finger, I told her it looked crooked. She told me once she got the acrylic on it will look better. Once it was on I told her it still looked crooked. She filed it to where now it was shorter than my left hand and still crooked. I told her for a 3rd time that’s it’s crooked and she said “from my angle it looks fine”. I got done and I couldn’t even talk I was so upset. All my nails were so thick they were higher than the skin behind my cuticle. Some nails had indents in the middle from unevenly being filed. She didn’t apply paint to the tips of the nails.Just horrible. I drive 40 miles back home just to take them off! Since the girl didn’t listen when I was there I decided to not cause a scene and embarrass the girl, I waited until I got home and messaged the owner. She did say I can come back to get them fixed however if I took them off basically too bad so sad. I explained I had an event and wanted them off before then. I asked if I could be compensated a pedicure and she declined. She told me and I quote “ not all our staff are universal workers, meaning not everyone knows how to do every service” “they are at different skill levels”. So my question is why are they charging then highest prices for lowest skill level? A hair salon sets rates based on skill level, I think the same should apply for nails.. Not a good business practice if you ask me.
I have to admit I was skeptical. I really was. But the second I got in Lele’s chair I immediately felt welcomed. She did so well, & talked me through everything. I sent her a photo of what I wanted & that’s exactly what I got! She held a conversation with me while making sure my nails looked 100% good. She took her time & really just gave me the best service. She will be the only one touching my nails from here on out!
I came in 10 minutes early and they got started right away. The environment was very clean and relaxing. the tech who did my nails worked fast, but very well! i was expecting it to take an hour or longer, but had my fill done in 45 at most. she did an amazing job! it was cheaper than i expected! i would totally go back! she made sure to ask if she was hurting me. (but she wasn't, she was very gentle.) this was definitely one of the best places i’ve been to. these nails were exactly what i wanted. i will be back!
Great CUSTOMER SERVICE! GLAM salon, sparkles everywhere! Bestie and I came in for pedicures walk-in. We were asked to wash our hands and choose our polish we both really appreciated this. We were seated promptly and were able to sit together.
The service delivered was what I would have expected to entail with added conversation and firm but gentle techniques. The cost was low for the service provided. 10/10 would recommend and return.
I have gone twice now with Nalee and every time has been such an amazing experience. She double checks everything with you after she does it to make sure you like it. I have had her do designs each time and they both came out perfect. I really love that if she’s not satisfied with something she will fix it immediately. She’s amazing!
ive been here twice now. the first time they couldnt do what i wanted, just an ombre pretty much. the recent time they didnt do what i wanted, wrong red color, wasnt at all like the picture i showed and re explained MULTIPLE times. and now they are literally popping off less than two weeks later. acrylics popping off. i practically paid $85 for damn press on nails i could buy for $8. never will go back and wish i could be refunded.
