My dip manicure was ok (made them thin as requested) however, I had long nails and she cut them off completely!! :( My pedicure was horrible; I had to tell the tech to redo the polish (didn’t even cover the nail bed!) and they still ended up like a toddler did them. I used to love this place, I don’t anymore

Today was my first time going into this nail salon. Upon arriving I was greeted right away. The nail techs seemed friendly and the salon was clean and professional. My pedicure felt very nice and my nail polish was applied neatly. I would say next time I’d love to do a hot stone massage, but I didn’t remember seeing that as an option on the service menu.

I will say that there is a sign in the salon when you enter. It basically just tells all clients that the nail salon prefers cash transactions. I did feel bad because I didn’t bring any cash with me since this was my first visit. But next time I will bring some my next visit.

Salon was clean with lots of space and pedicure chairs. The chairs were really roomy and actually gave a good massage. I like that they still had a tub to soak they just used a liner and had products portioned out so they're not dipping gloved hands into the same jars for each customer. Staff was very friendly and I super appreciated they always answered the phone and were able to alter our appointment to add another guest. Bonus perk they're by a lot of good food options as well. We would definitely go back.

Came in today seen Minh last minute and she is amazing! She’s super sweet and took her time taking off my old nails in preps for my new set! She gave me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make them too think or too thin! I’d definitly recommend this salon to anyone! Great atmosphere and super clean!

I had a lovely convo with both my nail techs. Super sweet ladies. I got a pedicure and full set. Yes, the pedicures are times but it is the massage and heat wrap and stuff that is. My timer went off and THEN my nails got painted. I saw someone say the whole pedicure was timed and rushed and no ones was that were there.

Last week I took my mom to get pedicure they greeted us and was very friendly. Prices are ridiculously high!! Service was ok my nail tech was super nice. While we was getting our service I can hear the nail tech's gossiping and their soo loud! It wasn't relaxing at all, an African American came in and she wasn't greeted properly, she stood there for a while. And another white lady came in after her and she was greeted just fine. I don't like the vibe that the manager had. She seems mean and not friendly. Don't recommend this place!!

I love this place! Staff are friendly and make sure I got what I want. I am Deaf and they try best to communicate with me. Now my feet and hands feel good after clean up and look pretty with nail polish. :) I will definitely go back!

Worst "professional" manicure I have ever received in my life. The polish separated on the sides of my nails while drying and chipped within a day. When I called to explain my situation, the woman on the phone said there was nothing they could do to help me and then hung up on me. I didn't even ask for a refund of my money, but instead for a discount on my next manicure. I took pictures as proof of how poorly my nails were painted, kept the business card of the person who painted my nails, (Apple) and a receipt of the transaction. Despite all of my proof of service, they were still unwilling to do anything to keep my business. Not recommended and I will never go to their salon again.
