Long story short, I needed to get my nails, feet and facial wax done bc it was the last day of production in my school and I was also starting my 1st day at Urban One Radio Station. So I called a few places and drove all over town looking for a place that accepts walk-ins, I had no luck but KATHI at Exquisite Design went above and beyond to try to get me a nail tech, she texted me even after I found a place on my own just to see if I had resolved! This is the best example of great customer service! PLEASE KEEP THIS LADY BC SHE IS AWESOME SAUCE! WEEEEEEPPPPPPAAAAAA ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
The service and environment here is nice but for me that’s where it stops. I got the lash extensions and they were poorly done. She was putting way to much glue on and my eyes became very irritated during the service. After I was done they did look okay. I left and within five minutes I had to come back because one of the lashes was coming off! She kindly fixed it no charge of course. I had my lashes for 3 days she said they last 2 weeks, they were already starting to come off so I just took them all out myself. Idk if it’s because they were $35 but for them to be coming off in 3 day regardless of price is insane. My first experience with lash extensions and I think it’s gonna be my last.
Exquisite Design is a fun salon with nice stylists and nail technicians. I have been coming here for many years and I have always had amazing service. They do wonderful pedicures and my nails always look awesome. If you are needing a great new salon, call today and ask to speak with a hair stylist or nail technician. They have someone for everyone !
