Cheri Nail Bar has received both positive and negative comments from customers, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the salon. Below is an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Strengths:
1. Friendly staff: Several customers commented on the friendly and welcoming staff at Cheri Nail Bar. This suggests that the salon prioritizes customer service and creates a positive environment for customers.
2. Well-decorated and clean salon: Many customers praised the salon's decor and cleanliness. This indicates that Cheri Nail Bar invests in creating a visually appealing and hygienic space for its customers.
3. Beautiful nail designs: Some customers were satisfied with the nail designs they received, particularly the almond-shaped ombre nails. This suggests that the salon has talented nail technicians who are capable of delivering high-quality nail art.
4. Prompt service: One customer mentioned that they did not have to wait for a long time before being serviced. This indicates that Cheri Nail Bar places an emphasis on efficiency and respecting customers' time.
Weaknesses:
1. Inexperienced or unskilled technicians: There were multiple comments about technicians not performing the requested services properly. This includes using the wrong products, misshaping nails, and causing pain or discomfort. These issues point to a lack of training or skill among some of the technicians at Cheri Nail Bar.
2. Poor communication: Customers expressed frustration with the lack of communication and understanding between the technicians and themselves. In some cases, requests were not followed, and customers' concerns were not addressed. This suggests a need for improved communication skills and customer care training for the salon's staff.
3. Unsanitary practices: One customer claimed to have contracted toenail fungus after receiving a pedicure at Cheri Nail Bar. This is a serious health concern and implies that the salon may have insufficient hygiene practices. Using unsanitized tools can lead to infections and should be highly avoided.
4. Inconsistent quality: Some customers indicated that the quality of services can vary depending on the nail technician. This inconsistency can be a cause for concern, as customers should expect a certain level of consistency and quality when visiting a salon.
5. Pricing: One customer mentioned that they found the services to be expensive, considering they had paid for two sets of nails. Pricing could be an issue for some potential customers if they feel the services are not worth the cost.
In conclusion, while Cheri Nail Bar has received positive comments about its friendly staff, clean salon, and beautiful nail designs, there are several areas that require improvement. These include addressing issues related to inexperienced or unskilled technicians, improving communication and customer care, maintaining strict sanitation practices, ensuring consistent quality across all technicians, and reviewing pricing to align with customer expectations. It is essential for Cheri Nail Bar to address these weaknesses and build upon its strengths to provide a better overall experience for its customers.
Best TL Reviews
I went in for a gel manicure and showed a photo of what I wanted (thin French tips with opi “put it in neutral” over) I thought that was pretty straightforward, but the man doing my nails told me to get dip and it would look better. He did dip, the tips were awful and so thick, the dip was slathered on. I would have been embarrassed to have them on my hands. Though I hate to be rude, it was so bad I just told him I couldn’t accept that. He violently grabs my hands back and starts drilling the dip off. It was so painful. He then put dip on again in a light pink color I picked (having given up on the picture I showed him). It was again so thick I just couldn’t accept it. I paid at the front and asked the man checking me out why 1. My nails looked so horrid and 2. Why I didn’t get my cuticles trimmed, hands massaged, oil, anything. He charged me 37$ and said “I don’t know”. I decided I couldn’t even leave with it on so I asked the man to remove the dip. He was so rude, painfully removed my dip and slapped some gel over top. This is the THIRD round of getting my nails done. Come to find out, the gel was shellacked on OVER the dip. This was almost a month ago and I’m still dealing with the issues from it.
First time here. I'd heard good things about it from friends and family so my cousin and I decided to check it out.
The staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in. The salon was so well decorated and everything was clean and organized; it had a really nice ambiance to it. We both already knew that we wanted full set of almond shaped ombre nails and that's exactly what we got. The nails are beautiful ????. The only complaint I have is how expensive they were even though I paid for both sets.
I went in a full set. She used her drill on my cuticles and caused cuts and redness. She also didn't use the right size tips which caused you to see my real nail on the sides. When I asked her to fix it, she then started filling down my nail, instead of using the correct size. I asked for square nails and she used coffin tips. It was a huge mess and they charged me $55.00.
DEALING WITH TOENAIL FUNGUS DUE TO CHERI NAIL BAR!
It’s been a year since my last appointment with this place. Not only were they rude, but they’re extremely unsanitary. I received a pedicure and gel polish on that visit. Within a few weeks of that pedicure one of my toenails turned colors and fell off! Needless to say, I did not go back. Over the past year I’ve been dealing with sore/infected toenails, huge waves in my toenails, horrible change in color, nails growing sideways, ingrowns due to the irregular sideways growth, extreme thickness in the nail, and an actual hump in the middle of both big toenails! It’s been a nightmare and a huge insecurity problem for me…. They have been accused before of using unsanitized tools, and it seems they’re still doing so. Hopefully one day I will completely eradicate this fungus , but be warned, cute nails for a few weeks is NOT WORTH THIS NIGHTMARE!
Not the best, not the worst. Depending on your nail tech you might have great nails or they might turn out bad. The experience I have had with getting manicures are decent, but nothing impressive for the price. Pedicures, however, are not great from what I have experienced. Go at your own risk haha!
Young girl done nails and they look Horrible. The ends have a yellow tint. They are so thin you can see through them and they are very very wide. The tip should not flare out.
Made an appointment ahead of time, only waited a moment or 2 before going back. The nail guy almost burned my fingers with the drill. I had to pull away a couple of times to save my fingers. Once my nails were done the top looked great but there were gaps under my nails.
Ask for my nails to be about alike to what I had on the pictures and the nail tech lady did an amazing job. I love to results that I got.
