We bought two meals. Chicken wings were average, did not taste fresh. chips were ok. The drink can they gave me (330ml) had dust and hair on the top of it. It must of have been kept in an unhygienic place. I showed it to the guy at the counter and requested a new can however there was no apologies. That can would've then been given to another unsuspecting customer. If a dirty drink can was given to a paying customer then I can only imagine in what environment the food must be prepared. Cleanliness of the place - 3/10.

Imagine that’s a chicken burger made fresh and that’s what it looks like 2 seconds into my hand after paying? Absolutely rubbish chicken steak burger. Like at least make an effort, or hire the old stuff and fire this new hopeless guy.
Let’s be honest, the fried chicken is really bad, the new guy with the glasses, is so slow or just doesn’t know how to take multiple orders. The chicken is dark brown or over cooked. The pizza is average. You go here because it’s cheap quick food. If you want good fried chicken, go to chick city. But it really has declined, in standards and customer service is slow. The lady at the back is far better at doing a better job. Instead they leave the new guy who takes 15 minutes to understand I want a pizza. It’s behind you.
I use to go there a lot more as a kid, I came back to London for. A few days and was very pleased to see that although the shop had changed owners and style all the food tastes just as delicious as I remember. Very nostalgic. Would recommend.
Amazing food! We came here for a random late night meal and the burger was juicy, hot, thick. No dry burgers here! They are generous with sauces! And the chips were so good too????????
I ordered 15spicy wing n 6chicken steak burger I found long hair in the spicy wing stick in the wing I derived back to that shop spoke manager even he don't believe what I showed him he did not apologise n steak burger taste horrible cause of the very very old oil they use nobody wear hair net specially in cooking section luckly my kids did not eat those wings n burger he only gave me a refund for 15 spicy wings but not burgers please don't order ur food from this shop that is last time ordering from here total waste ????????????????????
