I was in Mountain Home for work and needed my dip removed and a basic manicure. I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon. He tore my nails up, did absolutely nothing for the manicure and I paid $38. Be warned…They charge a fee to use a card.
I went to them to have a full set and to have them out on with pink acrylic and they didn't. They did normal acrylic and painted on the pink. Then try and charge me or something I didn't ask for. Don't go there unless you want them to do thing they want and charge you for services you didn't ask.
Only went there bc the lady I normally use is out of the country. Cost to much for lack of service. It was very blah... no hot towel wrap, only to wipe legs after lotion. No real foot rub. Mani was awful. And I hate that they use the electric file on my nails, fingernails and toenails ????
My fingernails were long, he asked if I wanted them shorter proceeded to cut them off, didn't give me time to even say a little.
Worst mani/pedi ever!
Also, an elder lady came in, she was trying to ask a question before her service and they were very rude to her..
I don’t remember the lady’s name that did my nails, but she was very detail oriented and kept making sure I was getting exactly as I wanted. I'm not very easy to please when it comes to nail salons either, as I also do nails.
I went in wanting pink and white medium to long stiletto nails, she told me only 2 people in the salon could do them and she was one of them, so very much worth it. I waited for about 2 hours, but it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy! I think she spent about an hour and a half on my nails and didn't mind fixing or making adjustments as she went. She would get done with one hand and ask me if she needed to fix anything and from my experience, not many nail technicians in this town will do this.
Fastest pedicure EVER! Was done within 20 mins. Was expecting a 40 to 50 min pedicure like I’ve had in other places. My feet only soaked for about 2 minutes while he was gathering his equipment, than a short cleaning of the cuticles, short scrub of the feet, lotioned the legs, warm towel to wipe the legs then BAM! It was all over, of course after applying nail polish…. Never going there again!
Did awesome job on my pedicure . Got right in and didn't wait at all. Will be back.
They were very fast, but I was rushed the entire time of my service. I called ahead to make an appointment, and was called 5 minutes before my appointment time asking where I was. I still arrived earlier than my appointment time and went to choose a color, and held one bottle to look at it and was rushed to my seat. My pedicure was okay - I had a little paint on my toes. I just felt rushed and left a little disappointed with the service.
The best I've had. All the other places break or lift. Time to go back to my French tip.
