This is a great place for a pedicure. The atmosphere is very clean, the staff is very nice and provide a great pedicure. Also there is no strong nail polish smell within the building which is very refreshing. The prices are fair and the view from within the building to the outside is great. There are no steps to enter the building so it is great for people that use a walker. Overall, I recommend this place 100%.
Kelly did a basic nail art and charged me $92 plus tip. The nail art started to chip off the next day. I called to see if Kelly would fit me in to do a 2 minute touch up and a top coat that would seal it. I was told she was busy and I had to make an appointment for the following week. One week later and a few nails had completely peeled off. I just wanted Kelly to give me a solid color and she did. I asked if she would give me credit for my next manicure. She said no and that everyone's nails are different so you never know what will happen. How insane and any excuse to just keep your money. This was her error by not putting a proper sealing top coat on. So I paid total $112 for a regular gel manicure. No accountability and just horrible customer service. Zero willingness to make it right and could care less if you come back.

Flew in last night and needed to get a regular mani pedi before my engagement shoot. No appointment was made but they took me in <3. Walked in right when they opened (definitely make a reservation though). The girl that did my nails was awsome ... I should have gotten her name. The whole staff was super polite and while I was drying my nails I accidentally messed one up. They patiently redid it! THANK TOU SO MUCH!!!
I scheduled an appointment at CK nails while visiting Sedona for a wedding. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I chose to honor the good reviews and come in. They do not accept walk ins and I specified on the phone the services I would like. Upon (early) arrival, I was not expected and the appointment book did not reflect my appointment preference. I asked if I could get an acrylic tip placed on a nail recently broken nail and they did not understand what I wanted and ultimately told me I could not have that service done since I was having a gel manicure(??). I live out of state where nail salons are run quite efficiently, so this was a surprise for me. I started that if a regular manicure was easier, I’d be happy to do that. The young woman rolled her eyes in my face and turned back to another client. There were other rude comments made that I won’t bother to detail, but I highly recommend going elsewhere for a decent experience. Rounded up to 2 stars because my finished nails, though subpar, aren’t atrocious.
I just want to say that I read a couple of terrible reviews on here. These were obviously written by people who were visiting Sedona . CK's is our only salon that actually runs ON TIME! The others all have you sit there for anywhere from 2 hours to 8 hrs!!
I know this for a fact because I actually live here. Those who wrote those mean reviews, I suggest you try the other places. Leave our beloved CK's alone!!!

I am always treated very kindly and my nails are always done just the way I like them. Make an appointment ahead of time.
