Went here other day as I was on my way to Leeds for a conference. Served by a short lady’ about shoulder length light hair, quite young, can’t remember her name think it was Teresa or something like that? Anyway customer service was absolutely brilliant. Got my order quick and coffee was piping hot. Will come again
Was here the other day. Best service I have had in Sheffield from a lovely lady called Tessa. She put a smile on my face and whenever I am passing through I will be getting more of the coffee. Amazing latte amazing service and really made my day.
Very pleased with this lady's attentiveness always polite very approachable service with a smile we use this service every day 5 days a week a credit to her employers
It's freezing outside so I thought I would go indoors for a hot drink. I find the doors are all open and it's just as freezing cold indoors in this place. The only people in here are wearing full outdoor coats, hats, etc. Can the doors be closed I ask? No. Boss says to keep them open. Hardly anyone in here, I wonder why. Boss is doubtless in some warm office, in need of a brain transplant.
Bev has been lovely to speak to in a morning when she serves me. It is extremely nice to have friendly customer service, especially to start my morning off on a better note. Due to my appearance I do not get treated amazingly by most people so for Bev to be a kind face to start my day makes a huge difference that is greatly appreciated.
I was having a bad start to my day having been told I needed to wait a couple more hours for my train in Sheffield but little did I know it was for the best as Christie welcomed me into the station coffee shop with a warm and friendly chat. Really turned my day around Lovely coffee made by Laura.
Best decision of the day was to walk in to the coffe room Sheffield train station. Best customer service by Tessa with the sweetest smile. Very attentive and Very helpful. Must go to place if Ever visit.
Was served by Tessa on a really busy Monday,she was the only person working the front which seemed that it could be incredibly difficult to manage . She provided great service all by herself
