They did a good job on the hair but there were a couple of things that weren't great.
1. When I walked in no one greeted me for 15 minutes. To the point I wondered if they thought I was waiting for someone or if they knew I was there to do my hair. At this point they only had two customers.
2. Two hair dressers gave me a hard time about wanting to do the rollers in my hair instead of blowing drying it while it's wet. At this point I just wanted to leave and let them use the blower instead.
3. When I went to give the hairdresser her tip I had a $20 and asked for change to break the 20. She kept $10 and gave me my $10. My plan was to tip her $10 from the start because she was doing everything herself, but I really did not appreciate that she just took it without saying anything or without letting me do it.
4. When the hair dresser asked another women what to charge me she said $60 which is fine and then said she's not charging me for the conditioner this time but will next time. I brought my own deep conditioner. There shouldn't be a charge attached to that at all.
Again, did nice job on the hair but everything else was enough for me to not return.

Best salon in Harlem by far. The owner Josephina is super sweet. Anna has been doing my hair for years,and she is very professional. The prices are very reasonable,and they use good products. I highly recommend this salon!!!!
I've been going to this salon for a couple years now and I love how the Owner Fifa does my hair. She tells me what I need and treats it when it needs to be. I love walking out with my hair feeling so soft & smelling gud
I give it 5 stars for the hair braider in the back named Sara, she's really good at what she does and I've always gone to her for years. Even after buzz cutting my hair and being away for some years, I come back and she's still in business. Such a nice lady and great worker I highly recommend.
Came here when I decided to get my fauxhawk with shaved sides. The stylist mostly speak Spanish, but the lady who did my hair knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job. I only paid $35 for a shampoo, wash & cut. Not bad at all. I do have one complaint. One of the owners has a bad attitude, so I would avoid her doing my hair.
