Got my nails done they were very pretty but the lady used glow in the dark dip powder instead of the regular pink dip powder for my refill. Now my nail are I’m glowing in the dark only where the refill is. It was funny when I realized it and a honest mistake . If I was tryna hide in the dark I’d be caught . Anyway I hate it for myself it’s cute for a teenager or young girl . let’s see if they fix it for free

Please don't go to this nail salon!!! They are very unprofessional especially the lady that sits next to the door where they do the eyebrows. She was very disrespectful wit me and my 12yr old daughter. I had to have other nail tech finish my daughters nails bc she was really mean. We had a very bad experience there. Their nail work is not the best either!!

Table one did so bad, she rushed and all and is very inconsiderate. She mad me feel very uncomfortable she doesn’t deserve to be their. She is a horrible nail tech. She made my nails look horrible.

Use to go hear years back decided to go again been here a few times now but it needs expand ,very small, definitely needs a remodel, Smdh very unprofessional you walk in they don’t greet u and ask you to what you need and you can forget it if your not getting your nails done from a pacific nail tech and only getting a pedicure they act like they do not want to serve u they let people come in right after you and cut it’s very unprofessional I will not suggest no one to go here the worse nail place ever Hollywood in pennsauken NJ area is the best place and nails and spa in audorbon NJ are the best nail salon if your from or in the Jersey area ????❤️

Well since my last visit, I went to get my nails done. The worker started to take my polish off & insisted I had gel polish on. I DID NOT! She was going to charge me extra! Wow! She was very rude! I left! I would never make a big deal over a few extra $ but she was wrong AND rude! News flash! There's plenty of nail salons around that treat ppl much better!

I only gave 1 star cause I had to. I've been getting my nails done forever here..nails always looked nice and prices were great but lately they've become horrible. Their customer service is the absolute WORST of any salon I've ever been to in my life. I had to leave yesterday before I put my hands on a couple of them. Their very dismissive and rude and talking to the manager won't help cause she's just as bad. Its a shame cause I loved this place at one time but I won't return and encourage everyone to do the same. I understand they deal with a lot of rude people but not everyone is rude therefore you don't treat everyone the same.
