You got a love hair stores. This is a small hair store but yet and still has so much and it they always have some beautiful outfits as well and accessories that match they always have 613 for me. They got a nice selection of wigs in the back of their store, and they have a variety of braiding and crochet hair.
The customer service experience started out great very friendly. The guy wrong up my items and was distracting me by talking about how beautiful my 6 year old granddaughter was. He rang up my 4 items and they came up to $39 and some change. I had to remind him to give me my change. I left and looked at my receipt and noticed 2 items that had a price tag on them and rang up more than the price tag. One item wrong up $19.99 but the tag had $9.99 and the other item wrong up $2.99 but the tag had $1.99. I went back and requested a refund and told him I didn’t want the items. He went on to tell me that the computer is right and the price tag on the items is wrong. I will never ever shop at this store again and I will be reporting them to the news this is fraud. PLEASE BEAWARE‼️
These owners are so nice! The selection here is amazing, the wigs are super nice. I'm so grateful that I was recommended to this place. The customer service is out of this world. I'll never go anywhere else again for a wig!!!

It was my first time in this hair store..I was looking for a cheap cute wig or ponytail for my birthday ???? and i found just that! All though i found it online for cheaper..

They always have a variety of bonnets that's the only place I will go to get my bonnets,they also have my shampoo and conditioner that I love ❤ so they have a lot of good things too, I love going wig shopping there,this is where I got my first wig and it's a beautiful Bob wig.
Yesterday I went into Cosmos at 6828 Hamilton Avenue near Galbraith Road. I have never in my life been disrespected by any man or woman as I was yesterday by the owner of Cosmos. I went to exchange a lipstick pencil I purchased a couple of weeks ago that was defective. The female sales rep that was waiting on me, listened as I explained to her that the pencil didn’t work correctly. She asked me if I wanted another one and I said yes. I only asked that I be able to open it in the store to ensure that the pencil actually worked properly. We walked over to where the pencils were located. The owner came to the front of the counter and started talking to me saying, “I have have already exchanged this for you once. “ I said, “NO SIR, this is the second time I have been in this store”. He yelled, “No it isn’t you have been in here before.” Again I said “NO SIR I haven’t.” He started to walk from behind the counter screaming at me saying “I have exchanged it and I won’t do it again.” We went back and forth as I tried to help him understand that he had me confused with someone else. At this point I felt threatened by his behavior as he moved closer. I started to get upset. He started to yell at me telling me to get out of his store before he called the police. Now I’m really upset! I said to him “so all black women look alike.?” He yelled for me to get it now! He continued to accuse me and yell. At this point I’m so upset to my core. I had my granddaughter with me so I left and put her in the car and went back into the store. I said to him “since $5.99 means so much to you, you can have the pencil back. So I throw it in the store and left. Now if my husband was with me it would have never gone down the way it did. Why did that man feel like he could speak to me the way that he did. Hell no!! That is unacceptable. You want me to treat you with respect then so do I. When I go into an establishment they want me to treat them with respect and I expect the same. My grandma would say treat people how you would want to be treated; with respect. I’m asking my family and friends not to shop in Cosmos until they learn how to treat us. African American women put good money in their pockets every day, and we are supposed to take this kind of treatment? HELL NO!! African American women have a huge buying power in these stores and this owner took my business for granted.
