I made an appointment for small knotless braids, and my experience was good! My appointment started right on time at 12, and was out the chair by 3:50. Super quick! I had 2 women working on my hair and they weren’t too rough. My braids look amazing and I have gotten many compliments on them. I will definitely be coming back to them for braids!
I would not suggest coming to this shop. I’ve come once before and was generally pleased with the experience. It took 5 hours to go medium sized, waist length braids and they looked good. Scheduling the appointment was a bit of a hassle, but it was worth it. This time, I had to text the owner multiple times to schedule my appointment because she will read my messages and not respond for days. I eventually called her to confirm the appointment. She had me send a $50 deposit and told me that my appointment was confirmed. When I showed up to the shop, the doors were locked and no one was there. I called her and she told me that she forgot but that she was going to send her coworker to come braid my hair. I kindly asked her to return my deposit. She said she would and we hung up the phone. Then she texted me asking me to send pictures of the hairstyle I wanted. I kindly responded for her to send my deposit back to me. She let me know that someone is on the way. I let her know that I wanted my deposit. This exchange went back-and-forth until she showed up five minutes later. She eventually braided my hair and called a friend to help. At the end, she tried to charge me over $200 for shoulder length braids when I have previously come to the shop and paid $180 for braids to my waist. We eventually agreed on a price and I left. As frustrating as the experience was, I would have been content if my hair looked good. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the photos I sent her. The sections are too big and the knots are bulky. I was very excited to find a shop in the area that braids quickly but unfortunately I will not be coming back.
I came in today to get my hair taken down. I had knotless braids. I came in at 11:30am and didn’t leave until 3:30pm. I am completely unsatisfied. I was overcharged for my service($30 away from how much it cost to install my hair). I was shocked at the price she said after I assisted with my take down. They took several breaks and just overall slow service for such a simple task. I did appreciate them taking me at such short notice however I did not appreciate the service I was provided. I will never come back and I will never recommend anyone to go to the shop.
I would definitely not recommend this place. She doesn’t start on time ever, in the morning either she is late or when you arrive she’s working on a different customer when your appointment was supposed to be. Recently I got my hair done by Janelle and it only lasted a day. I got large knotless, so I didn’t expect it to last more than 2 weeks. She packed on so much gel in my hair to make it look like it would last.. Even when I put a scarf on it, it still didn’t last A DAY!!!! it’s ridiculous. I asked for my money back and I STILL did not receive it back. Here are the pictures of my hair after a day.
This place is ghetto and unprofessional. They leave in the process of braiding your hair for almost a hour at a time. They have their screaming children there. They have to stop and reprimand them continuously. They may start breastfeeding as they are doing your hair. There are braiders digging in their noses and continuing to braid without bothering to wash their hands. The braiders are arguing with each other most of the time as well. The prices change after you come in and they size up your pockets. This place has to be the worst shop in Georgia. Both sets of box braids lasted maybe 3 weeks if that long!

The ladies here are very nice and make sure you feel comfortable. They did an excellent job of braiding my hair and I've received numerous compliments. My braids weren't too tight, they braid fast and neat. The price was a bit higher than other shops in the area but I will be going back and I recommend them to my friends.
I don’t not recommend for the first time I went their was a mess of kids food all over the place was no where to sit bc the kids that I believe was her family were taking over the seats . Then she proceeded to do my hair I thought she understood me that I wanted 4 cornrows not 2 she was doing 2 on me and I corrected I wanted 4. I did not get my 4 cornrows and I was already upset she was talking to her staff taking forever to do my hair and was spitting on me while talking . Most importantly !!!! She up charge me !!! For 2 cornrows she was going to charge me 60 then I asked her why 60 for 2 . Then she said 50 I was not pleased with this place at all ! I texted her if she can correct my cornrows and she ignored my text this is why I waited to give the review .
