I had not been here in about a year. I liked it a year ago but now I do not. The receptionist was super loud talking about weird stuff in such close quarters, they raised their prices and the haircut was absolutely terrible. The girl was not very friendly. Let's just say I was very happy to walk out after finally being done and felt like I was just stolen from because they haircut was that bad. But maybe it was just this particular time I don't know, but I used to see another lady who was awesome!! Too bad the place has gotten bad. I will NEVER go back.
I wanna thank the ladies here at Crude Cuts, from the time that I walked in till the time I left, they were extremely welcoming and outgoing. I walked in about an hour till close and they were happy to take me in without an appointment, Ms. Taylor was great, she gave me the exact cut I asked for and was very friendly. Thank you ladies, much appreciated!
After calling and realizing they don’t take appointments on Saturdays I was informed they’re closed during normal haircut business hours. That means if you work a normal job you cannot get a haircut because they’re more of a 9-5 Monday - Friday kind of place and on Saturday no appointments and 642 people there and they offer no straight razor (which is a standard in EVERY STATE BUT THIS ONE) If you need a haircut you either have to be unemployed or deal with a horrible one.
Booked a hair cut, walked in early so as to not hold them up, got in early, the hair cut was quick and done well, price range was great, thoroughly impressed.
All the hair stylists are great. I always go to Tyra because she's friendly, and does an amazing job on my beard
Great service great hair cut. Hayley was awesome
Decent haircuts, been coming here since they first opened. The reason for one star is today was the third time in a row I made an appointment for a haircut, showed up early and had my spot taken by a walk in that I had to wait for. Last time my stylist showed up late from an off premises break and still saw a walk in before serving me, who showed up for the appointment on time. That last time I waited a half hour after my appointment time to be seen for a 15 minute haircut. This time I didn't stick around to find out how long they'd have me waiting. I don't understand, why take appointments if you won't keep them, why bother sending a confirmation text if I'm going to be treated like a walk in. I am, and I assume others, are setting aside time from our work schedule to make these appointments. So for that reason I won't be returning.
And for the owners response: "We had a stylist waiting for you to show up to your appointment, sorry you couldnt stick around." That is untrue, and if you insist on lying I'll make sure everyone I know understands what kind of establishment this is. I listed in this comment 3 seperate instances my appointment was not honored, and I had a habit of coming in ten minutes early. So I had been making the appointments ahead of time, showing up early, waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time just for Taylor to accept a walk-in, in place of me because some guy who didn't make an appointment walked in and was waiting longer than me. So no I'm not sticking around, even though Iv'e been supporting this place since it opened, I'd be happy to see you close.
The best place to get a haircut without an appointment on Saturday
