One customer mentions leaving with a hard line almost at the top of their head instead of the desired skin fade. 4. Walked in on New years needing a fresh cut for a new years party. I'm not going now. I asked for a mid skin fade and a third off the top. The red headed guy took half off the top and cut my cowlick to almost nothing. Its not even skin on the sides. I payed and walked out because I knew there was no point in arguing because you can't put back cut hair. Would not recommend.
Old Skool, barber..
Keep it simple, stupid..
No BS Barber Shop!
Nice Hometown Personalities.
It’s not chatty & noisy like Bo’s.
If you want to talk it up with the Barber, fine..most of them will chat it up with you.
Though, if you want to just go in, get a cut, shave with a blade, and out, without talking about everything, they’ll do that too..
Prices have gone up since the last 2years, but I see it being worth it.
Never had an issue, never missed a spot, and if you don’t like something, they won’t get upset if you tell them to correct it..
I asked for a low fade for my son , you clearly see it’s a medium fade but not even faded . You can see the patch lines in the photo . The back of his head looks even worse . The barber that has the red beard did a line up on my beard and didn’t even get all my hair .I have never went to a barbershop that has done this . Don’t take your kids here . I will never ever return to this place . Horrible job!
I've been here a few times and every time I tell myself never again. Sometimes the haircuts are okay but mediocre at best but usually I leave with super uneven fades and hack jobs for trims off the top. But today I got the worst I've ever had. I got an undercut and I asked for a skin fade towards the hard line my previous barber left and nothing off the top. Then I left without a fade but a hard line almost at the top of my head essentially turning my undercut into a mohawk. My chain of command is going to love my new cut.
Quality barbershop. Fair priced and not over the top like some of the other local places.
Best barber in Tennessee 16 years hes been cutting my hair
I've been going here since 1988. Many different Barbers over the years always the best quality cut. This is a true old school Barbershop like dad and grandpa used. Hair cuts, trims full shave. Just like you see in a good Clint Eastwood western. Hot towels and no nicks. Great price every time.
Loyal customer since June 1988.
Mr Curtis has some spectacular artifacts from years of lore!! I could easily spend a couple hours just looking at the relics!! I did not have to wait for an impressive haircut styled exactly what I wanted!! I am a loyal customer from now on! Happy with the results, the atmosphere and the folks who work and frequent the place
