D'Best Nails place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze them in detail.
Strengths:
1. Short wait time: One customer mentioned that they were a walk-in and had a very short wait of about 10 minutes. This indicates that the salon manages its appointments efficiently, allowing customers to be served promptly.
2. Accommodating for groups: Another customer stated that they visited the salon with their family, and all four of them were seated within 20 minutes. This demonstrates that D'Best Nails can handle larger groups and efficiently provide services to multiple customers at once.
3. Complicated nail design: In one comment, a customer praised the salon for doing a fantastic job on a complicated nail design. This indicates that the salon has skilled technicians who are capable of executing intricate designs with precision.
4. Maintained professionalism during incidents: Despite encountering irate customers, the staff managed to maintain their professionalism and handle the situations appropriately. This displays the staff's ability to remain calm and composed in challenging scenarios.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor quality for the price: One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of their manicure/shellac polish, stating that it was not worth the $45 they paid. They mentioned that the technician spent minimal time on their nails and left bumps and polish residues. This indicates that there might be inconsistency in the quality of services provided.
2. Issues with nail appearance: Multiple customers complained about their nails not looking satisfactory. One mentioned square nails looking odd even after repainting, while another commented on the uneven shape of their nails regardless of the chosen style. These comments suggest that there might be inconsistencies in the execution and attention to detail during nail services.
3. Unpleasant experience with acrylics: A customer mentioned that the nail technician forcefully removed their old acrylics, leading to pain and damage to the nail beds. This indicates a lack of technique and care when dealing with acrylics, potentially causing harm and discomfort to customers.
4. Sanitation concerns: One customer raised concerns about the sanitation of tools, implying that they observed inadequate sanitization practices. This issue reflects a potential breach of hygiene standards, which is crucial in maintaining customer safety.
Overall, while D'Best Nails place has some strengths such as short wait times, accommodating larger groups, and the ability to execute intricate designs, it also has weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service quality, poor attention to detail, issues with acrylics, and potential sanitation problems. These weaknesses need to be addressed and improved upon to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a good reputation for the salon.
Best TL Reviews
I was a walk-in and had a very short wait, about 10 minutes. I came with my family, there was 4 of us and we were all sat down within about 20 minutes. Spa Pedicure was very nice, and I could not be more please with how my set came out. It was a bit of a complicated design, but they really did a fantastic job! There was a few incidents with very irate customers during the few hours we were there, but it seemed like it was a misunderstanding and the staff maintained professionalism very well.
I came in for a manicure/shellac polish. Paid $45 for what I felt like wasn’t worth $45 at all. She didn’t spend enough time on my nails at all, and I even had to walk in immediately after walking out, as there were bumps on almost every nail. All she did was cuticle cut and the gel polish, which could have looked better. I still had polish on my hands and on sides of nails she didn’t remove when I arrived home. I usually had a great experience here, and I don’t understand what happened. seems like she was just taking very little effort and thought she could take advantage of kindness, maybe. She seemed very in a hurry. I didn’t receive a hand massage, oils or anything. Just the cuticle trim. I could have done this myself and paid way less. I’m sorry to leave this review, but it was weighing on me. As I expect to get much better quality when I am paying so much.
Charged 65 bucks for jacked up square nails. Had to go back and get them repainted. And they still look odd to me. I will never be back. I want my money back… :(
Update*
Johnnie reached out and fixed my nails no charge. He did a wonderful job on my black and white short nails. My only concern is why that the other tech who did my nails maybe Messing up others.. but nevermind that if you go here request Johnny or Annie ????.
I got nail extensions here a couple of weeks ago. They turned out very pretty and my experience with the nail tech was very pleasant. It's a shame that the only downside of my visit is one that I will have to deal with for months to come. The nail tech ripped off my old acrylics, pulling the top laters of my nail beds off along with them. She asked if she was hurting me, I told her yes, but she continued forcing my old acrylics off with a wooden cuticle pusher. I think that my nails being so thin is what led to these nails lifting and causing me so much pain. If you want pretty and creative looking acrylics but don't care about the health of your natural nails this place is perfect. But I imagine you don't want nails that's look like mine.
Amazing service. Waited about 10 minutes. Quick. Did a great job getting off dip and doing gel shellac. Perfect design. The entire time I was in there, there was a solid influx of clients and everyone was greeted and acknowledged.
It wasn't a great pedi. Not a lot of time or effort spent. We were charged for the pedi and separately for the polish. It cost way more than what it was worth. I'll have to try another place very soon. It looked like the tools weren't sanitized.
Nice and clean environment. Staff is extremely professional and timely. However, I just don’t like the way they do nails. My paint chips and my acrylic is always either too thick or too thin. Also, my nails fall out off quickly and the shape of my nails no matter if I get square, round, or coffin it’s always uneven. I really like staff they are very friendly but I think they need to step it up on doing nails and painting toes!
I liked the services provided and their price was decent. The place is neat and all staff wore mask.
