I got the most unflattering haircut I’ve ever had in my life, seriously! My hair dresser was Celeste and after I expressed my discontent to her, she tried to fix it but made it worse. :(
I know that hair grows but meanwhile I hate the way I look.
Completely messed up my hair and when I asked to speak to a manager or the owner I was told that the owner doesn’t deal with hair. I can not believe the way I was treated! I will never go back there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go to this salon! The woman that cut my hair is Celeste. She was extremely rude when I complained and told me that the owner would not talk to me. That’s no way to run a business! New owner by the way so any older reviews were made before the 18 year old immature girl took over! Do no waste you money or time. I finally spoke with her to address the issue and she let her hair stylist Celeste call me a liar to my face and I asked for a refund and she said no because it would come out of her pocket. After I left she decided to send me a nasty message that was completely immature she also told me she was trying to appeal to the younger people. If you want to get good service and be treated with respect I would absolutely so to another salon.
Only giving 1 star because it’s impossible to give a lower rating. Avoid this business at all cost. The stylists are independent contractors and the business owner refuses to accept responsibility for any of their mistakes or personal conduct. My wife recently had her hair done there and the stylist completely failed to follow instructions. It will take years for my wife’s hair to regrow its former length. The stylist refused to compensate her in anyway and refused to take ownership of the mistakes made. When my wife complained to the owner, the owner also refused to take any action to resolve the situation. Rather than address the issue, they lied and claimed my wife recently cut her hair and was blaming them for the mistakes. She hadn’t had her hair done in nearly three years. Ironically, she’s avoided having her hair done out of fear it would be screwed up, which it was. I can’t encourage you enough to do your research and look somewhere else more reputable to place your trust.

Everyone leaves with a smile & that extra pep in their step knowing they look magnificent. Highly recommend this salon for all your self care needs. D'Hair to be pampered (see what I did there?) like a princess and feel like one when you leave. Treat yourself!
