Haircuts are okay. Kind of rushed. Asked for red hair and got brown-black with hot roots instead. Went back home and I was able to fix the color and get it to a deep red in a little over less than an hour.
So nice so kind offered something to drink I do not trust nobody with my hair and omg such a wonderful job I so recommend this saloon thank u irene and ashley luv the color and cut ????
I am in love with this place! The lady that cut and wash my hair was so damnn nice and she did such a great job. Her name was Berenice. Hopefully I spelled that right. definitely recommend this place if you’re first timer or if you’re having issues with your current salon♥️♥️♥️♥️
My sister and niece had their hair done by a PuertoRican lady only for their curls to fall one hour later. They asked for a specific hair style and got something totally different. When booking the appointments, my sister was asked to take 2 packs of hair extensions but when she arrived to the hair salon , the PuertoRican lady said she was only going to place one. She was explained that they were told to bring 2 packs, her response was that who ever told her to bring the extensions could do their hair.
Very unprofessional and lack of skills
My daughter went there now twice, 1st time $170 hair turned out very nice ! So this year she wanted it done for her birthday so we gave her $200 , she called us needed $195 more !!!!!! So total was $395 !!!! For a dye and high lights !! NEVER AGAIN SOOOOOO INSANE!!!!
I asked for a Balayage and instead the stylist, Berenice, bleached my hair and than turned around and toned it brown… prior to doing my hair, I notified her I had some
Black on my ends and I asked would she still be able
to do the balayage.. she said yes. I showed her a picture and even she showed me a pic of what my hair would look like.. when she finished my hair basically looked like a natural Color. It didn’t even look like she dyed my hair. And she told me that after I wash it a couple of times I would see the different color… she told
me to buy clarifying shampoo. So after paying over $130 for my hair I was told to buy shampoo to give me the outcome I asked for. I told her I wanted her to fix it and when I returned all she did was wash my hair. My hair is BROWN. Not at all what I asked for. If you want a balayage do not waste your money on this stylist. However she did do an amazing job on my my daughters hair. She cut and straightened it.
Went in for a simple hair look meaning getting my hair dyed and cut. My look required having my brown natural look with maybe a couple highlights. Charged me almost $400 including the hair cut (THAT I NEVER GOT) . Messaged the owner and said she’d schedule a date to cut it because she forgot and never heard from her again. Don’t get me wrong, the only reason I’m even giving two stars is because I like the way my hair looks. But not worth the price and charged me for something they didn’t do. Also, I made an appointment with the owner to dye my hair and at the end of the day, she had someone else do it for her. DISSAPOINTED this was my hair salon and now I won’t be going back.
