Went in today to get a soak off as it was catching and pulling my hair when I ran fingers through it and was told to come back tomorrow they were too busy to even soak them off. Not sure what happened, but definitely NOT the level of service provided year after year, regardless of the tech! Great nail salon. To be honest it’s the only one I’ve ever been to, but my wife has been to many and she loves this place. I just go with her but I’ve gotten a pedicure with her a few times now and it was nice.

I have been going to Daisy's since she opened, and Amy was there. Unfortunately my visit this week was well below Daisy's normal standard/level of service. Although I requested and paid for her most extensive and expensive pedicure, I did not receive that level of service. Daisy was in the process of personally giving a pedi, what appeared to be Classic pedi (no hot stones, etc.). Even though my "DELUXE" pedi began after Daisy's client, my "DELUXE" pedi was over first...unbelievable!

NORMALLY, the tech comes and removes the toe pads and assists putting the customer's shoes/sandals to ensure the polish doesn't get smudged; however, NOT this time!! I was allowed to scurry around the floor for my sandals and navigate them without messing up my nails!

Not sure what happened, but definitely NOT the level of service provided year, after year, regardless of the tech! Disappointing after all these years, appointments and referrals!
