Please do not be misguided by my one star review as it is dedicated to a worker named ANGELICA that has completely tainted my experience at this salon. I was getting a manicure by Sam, I have been Sam and Kim’s client for many years and they do a phenomenal job every time. I have followed them to this salon, where a coworker named ANGELICA has a heinous attitude, and is a complete bully. She continued to be a bully to coworkers (specifically Sam and Kim) and has completely destroyed my image of this salon. I am hoping the salon does right by their employees and remove this toxic presence.
Again, Sam and Kim were outstanding and I will continue to be long time clients, but ANGELICA is the reason for the 1 star.
Maybe because it was very busy but I was not impressed with the service. They serve a large population of elderly so I expected them to be nicer and more accommodating

The hairstylist working next to my stylist was bad mouthing her own clients to the current customer she was working on. Her client came in early and asked if she could wait up front in the air conditioning until her appointment. This Spanish speaking woman(hairstylist) told that client , under no circumstances will I be taking you early for your appointment. The stylist continued talking with her current client and told her how rude the other client was ,thinking of coming in early and getting her appointment moved up. Under no circumstances did the next client request this. She only asked to sit in air conditioning because she had to be dropped off early. This stylist was so loud, and rude, and made sure everyone heard what she had to say. The client she was working on began to shudder at what she was being told. My mother has been going to this salon, her stylist, and manicurist, a speaking with,and trading with the lovely lady at the reception desk, and the jewerly lady for years. I can not lie, this place is great to go to, and the people my mother sees are wonderful, but this stylist brings this place down to the gutter.This gives Davids at Woolbright a very bad name. She shames her clients to her current client, making her rude, obnoxious, and down rite un-inviting.
The rest of the staff, are the most inviting, pleasant, smiling(even behind their masks), happy people to be around. David....... Its time to take out the trash, it is your reputation that is at stake.
This business deserves five stars, for it's cleanliness, positivity, friendly, and fun place to go...... But one (1) bad apple (stylist) spanish speaking and gutter level person, is ruining the reputation for the rest of the very fine people who work at David's at Woolbright and Jog Rd. Boynton Bch Fl.
Terrible highlights. Karen was useless when I was looking for a resolution. Carmen the hair stylist over charged and under delivered. Waste of money and time. Never again
Kudos to Lisa. She gave me my first hair cut since my hair grew back after chemotherapy. Not only did she give me a great haircut, but she was very compassionate about my journey to today. I will definitely continue to have her cut my hair,
Great place for women. My stylist Pam does an amazing job on my short, and very current hair style.
