Lash techs are too inexperienced. Beautiful salon but poor quality service. This place is only in it for the money, not for the actual experience or quality. This is how you lose customers real fast. I went and got my lashes done along with 3 other friends. Our lash extensions, along with our real lashes came off 2-4 days after getting them filled. I’ve had to purchase 2 different lash serums and vitamins to grow out my lashes that were ripped off. Very disappointed and never going back. My friends and I have straight lashes that naturally grow downwards, they used heavy single lashes that did not have enough curl. The lash technicians did not go over what lashes would be used on us. That was partially our fault for assuming they knew how to use different techniques and use different lash sizes based on our natural eyelashes/eye shape. Because poor selection/placement of eyelashes were selected, this made our (Asian eyes) look droopy, small and heavy. Let’s just say strip lashes from the dollar tree would’ve looked better than our fill. I say the lash technicians are inexperienced not to bash on them, but because I also blame the salon for prioritizing “in/out” work ethic. Instead of making sure their lash technicians acquire the right skillset and knowledge, they prioritize how fast you can get a person in and out of the chair. This place charges crazy $$$ for poor quality service. Save your money. Do your research and go to a local lash artist who specializes/owns their own salon.

And before you come at me with “maybe your lashes aren’t in good condition” yes, I know lash extensions also depend on the natural state of your eyelashes BUT like I said, if a lash technician is skilled, they would know how to lash on ANY type of lashes. I’ve gone to skilled lash artists who are always able to make my lashes look FULL, voluminous and luscious without ripping my natural lashes out. It’s all about quality of product and technique. Deka lash was such a good time. the salon is beautiful and so clean. the staff is so friendly and wants to make sure you’re at your comfiest. My lash tech Becky was so sweet and friendly and explained everything to me in as much detail as needed. She explained what she was going to be doing every step from the size of the lashes to binding and combing them. She also made such to check if i wanted anything different or if i loved them in which i LOVED them. I definitely recommend this place x10000.

I signed up for a membership after getting my lashes done by Kelsey. She is amazing and the Retention of my lashes is really great! I had the mega volume last for almost 4 weeks once. Deka Lash studio definitely stands out in that area!

This was my first time getting eyelashes done! I was so nervous. Camilen made sure to let me know what she was doing to my eyes. Nothing burned! I was so scared my eyes were going to be irritated! The eyelashes are perfect. It makes it look like I have make up on! & they weren’t too thick.

I got a lash lift. I can barley tell any difference. My lashes are flat and didn’t get lifted like I’d hoped. I don’t know if it’s bc I just got it or what. But they are not lifted. Beautiful salon and friendly workers, but just my lashes are not lifted.
