I have been coming to this Deka Lash for about 2.5 months. This was my first time getting lash extensions, and now I’m obsessed! The shop is very clean, and a relaxed environment. The monthly membership/subscription makes getting lashes affordable and easy.

I go to Mimi about every 2 weeks or so and she is excellent! My first visit with her I had no idea what to expect, and had a lot of questions which she was able to answer. During the consultation she helped me understand the different sets, lengths, while also giving me suggestions based on what I was looking for. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to the little details based on my preferences, which makes the process so easy! She is very skilled as well which is probably why my lashes hold up great between visits! I cannot recommended Deka Lash and Mimi more! Thank you!!! ????

I love the area it’s super cute. Being new to Georgia I’m always excited to find new pockets of areas that have places to eat get services and all the things. Back to my lashes - I had a 9 AM appointment I was taken promptly at nine. Jordan was Friendly and warm. You can tell she’s really passionate about her craft. She took the time to educate me on how to care for my lashes. How to clean them even provide me with a cleanser. I’ve had my lashes done for years and no one ever took the time to explain or educate me on how to best care for them. She set realistic expectation as to what to expect.

I would definitely get the membership if you love lashes so far it’s been a tremendous value to me. Additionally, with my crazy schedule it’s always important to me to find a provider that can get me in when I need it- Versus having to accommodate their schedule. I was able to make an appointment in less than 24 hours for the time that I desired -another plus :).

I decided to get extensions on my lashes and made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon with Mimi. I received a call asking me to come an hour earlier than planned, not a problem. I get to the studio and it appeared to be well equiped. Mimi led me to a chair and had me take a seat and immediately began working on my lashes. She never asked what I wanted or explained any process to me, again, not a problem. She said she was done and I even bought the lash cleanser and an additional months fill ins. I got home and realized my eyes were very uneven and they were a spotty mess. On Tuesday, I tried to make another appointment with someone at Deka to get this disaster fixed thinking maybe I purchased the wrong product even though my right eye was terrible and the lashes were even glued together ontop of being spotty. It was going to be an entire week before they could schedule me again to fix the mess. I couldn't walk around like that for another week! I finally found someone else to fix Deka's mess and am very happy with my lashes by someone else. Mimi did a terrible job and customer service was bad at making it right. They can keep the extra $100 plus dollars I paid for the additional fill ins because I am certain those would not have been right either!

Hello everyone! I’m here to share some rave reviews about Erika from Deka Lash Salon in Suwanee, GA.

The adage, A picture is worth a thousand words, is an excellent example of what I don't need to say about the craftsmanship of my lash technician. Erika is absolutely delightful, and her expertise even more so. She's been in the salon industry for over 20 years. Erika’s passion is with lash extensions, which shows in the quality of her work.

Deka Salon makes keeping your lashes easy and much more affordable than most places when you sign up for a free membership which you can freeze or cancel at any time. But, you won't want to! The membership throws in an additional 10% discount on any product purchases.

Upon entry, the salon is clean and welcoming. The air smells fresh and clean, and the individual workstations are semi-private, leaving you with a sense of peaceful solitude as your lashes are being applied.

If you are considering lash extensions, this is the place to go, hands down.

Ericka did a very thorough job putting on a full set of lashes for my first time for a wedding. I wanted classic and wispy and she nailed it. I was very pleased with the service. She was delightful to talk with during the process. She has a great attention to detail.

Service received was fine. We are frustrated with the company’s policy in regards to lash removal and due to this, will never return and will share our experience with others. My daughter had an allergic reaction to the adhesive and had to have the lashes removed 24 hours after having the lashes applied. After paying $135, they charged $30 to have the lashes removed. My daughter’s eyes were very red, almost swollen shut, and very itchy, yet, they are still out to make a buck. DeKa Lash should not be charging for removal in a case like this when it comes to the health of their client’s eyes. Again, we will never return and will encourage others to find a different business to support. Very disappointing

UPDATE: Thank you for a response but you are not hearing or trying to understand our position. My daughter came in with absolutely no issues allergy and after leaving your shop, has issues in 12 hours. Her reaction was solely from your shop. Further, in such a case, if you want to keep customers and your reputation, true care should be taken and a customer should not be charged.

Mimi is very professional, and gentle. My lashes don’t clump and last 2.5 weeks easily. I would recommend Mimi to anyone looking to have their lashes done.

i had an appointment for mimi and absolutely LOVED the results! Before even starting mimi sat me down and had a consultation with me about what look i was wanting! she went into detail about how every set is different and discussed how long of length i was wanting. she was so gentle and kind. i will definitely be returning for my refill!
