The service is good but customer service is really poor. The wait time is ridiculous. I just left been sitting there and absolutely no one was there that could do my nails just 2 elderly people. I was the only customer in the salon it is now 10:54 am. The elderly lady told me to wait 10 mins for someone to show up. Waited 35 minutes no show. Yesterday I sat in their 3 hours to only get a pedicure, I came back today to try to get my nails done. I DONT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE LIFE, I meant time to waste!

I been going on & off to this place for over 10 years & I had more bad days than good.

Very slow, NOT A SINGLE worker will greet you, they dnt ask what youll be getting today. Customer service is complete trash.. been here for almost 2 hours and still havent gotten my services. I do not recommend, I have literally been here since around 1:20pm the time is now 3:42pm, (only here for a full set btw) so if you dont have 5 hours of free time do not come here

My sugar scrub pedicure turned out nice it was my first time going. I didn't receive a drink as listed as apart of the sugar scrub but that wasn't a big deal to me. I enjoyed my leg massage. I wish they would have massage my feet too????. I would go back again.

I’m from Virginia & needed my nails done ASAP. Kyle at station 1 took excellent care of me!!! My nails looked better & felt better. They were jacked up at first. I had 4 nails that needed to be replaced & 2 that were cracked & hurting. I wish he lived in Virginia. Thank you so much Kyle! I’m a miss you

I move to Forestdale, AL two years ago from GA and I have yet to find a salon that feels like home until I came here. Everybody was pleasant the mood in the room was calming and relaxing my nails are Oh my gosh beautiful and my daughter. Price was very reasonable for they’re quality of work. Upon Leave my nine year old said mommy we find a new salon to come to????

Just came for a birthday celebration with 4 ladies and what a fabulous experience we had at L A Nail Salon! My tech did an incredible job! So detail oriented and neat! Loved the experience and treatment received and even though it is a pretty far drive for me, I will definitely be back. Thank you, L A Nail Salon!

The older lady that handle the pedicures rock. The one that do your nails are a completely different story.
