I went to CD Nail Salon to get my nails and toes done. I was a little skeptical at first since it was my first time going to a nail salon in Alabama. The wait was about a hour and a half which is to be expected as a walk-in. I got my nails done by a man with a green hat. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted off of Pinterest and he did an amazing job! As well as painting my toes. He even made sure that the coffin nail shape was even on both sides and straight on the top. I had a wonderful experience at CD nail salon.
I'm thrilled with the results! My acrylic nails took about an hour, the total was $45 for black coffin nails. Excellent value for great results. Length, coat, and final product were perfect! I'll be back for sure.
Very disappointed in the service I received today at CD Nails I have been coming here for over 15 years and never had a problem.
Today I had an appointment and when I arrived ON TIME someone else was placed in front of me because they walked in before I arrived for my appointment. Again I was ON TIME and the person that walked in wasn't even being service yet. I believe if you're not going to acknowledge appointment time don't schedule them. The rules should be 1st come 1st serve period. It's unfortunate that integrity and great customer service its present anymore here, time to move forward where I can receive the type of service I pay for!!!!!

The nails alone looked great. However; I had to go back twice for chipping gel polish days after getting them done. Could just be that specific color.
I'm super picky, and my hands are super sensitive. Not once during this visit did I need to jump or pull my hand back from pain or the nail tech being rough. This was the most comfortable mani I've ever gotten. I also appreciated the attitude from the main tech, a male. They had SO MANY color options. I was a walk-in and was served quickly despite several other customers being in chairs. Their gel fill-in price is also $5 less than all the surrounding nail salons. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely be back.
Disappointed....I have been going to CD Nails for years and up until recently I have always received great service.
All of a sudden my wanting three coats of polish when the color is really light became a problem. Ben was very unprofessional and loud he did not hesitate to tell me that no one likes doing my nails because I wanted three coats of polish.
My daughter recommended to me this nail shop. My first visits included a gel pedi/mani, acrylics, fill-Ins, polish changes, etc. But on Thursday ( 6/8), I went in to have it all removed and just to get a manicure and polish change on feet. I have never used this man before, but his method of removing my acrylics were very painful. He even tore my thumb nail down too far to where it was not only painful, but very uneven and jagged. He never apologized and I knew then-that was my last time visiting CD Nails. Before this guy, the older couple have been very cordial, as well as the young lady. I think he really did not want to do it and the manicure was hurried and sloppy. I also tip according to the service I received. My tip for him is: if you don’t want to do it -allow someone else to. I had plenty of time.
Friendly staff, service & atmosphere. I love getting my nails done at CD Nails. Never have any problems. I finally tried the gel polish with a chrome finish & it looks amazing. Also the staff handles rude customers very well. Someone today was clearly looking to get free service & excessively rude to the staff. She was quite annoying but the owners handled the situation very humbly. You won't be disappointed here!
