I had a great experience! Will definitely be returning + recommending to friends/family/social medias. Terri did my pedicure and I love that she made sure to clean up with very straight lines, my pedicure looks so good! She also massaged my feet/legs out of courtesy which wasn’t included in the basic pedi I choose….Hailey did my dip powder French tip and did an amazing job!! She was also very accommodating to my two chipped nails and applied acrylic on them so they wouldn’t continue to chip. She was also very informative with all the questions I asked. I’m so happy I decided to give them a try :)

If I could post zero stars I would I went there and not even 3 days later my nails were popping up from cuticle. Today is day 6 and my pinkie nail gone and index is hanging by thread. Horrible

Went there to get My Bday/Christmas nails. Explained and showed picture of what I wanted, turns out the only nail tech that is knowledgeable in designs was booked for the day. I told them to scratch the whole glamorous look and that I could get a few crystals and stickers on them instead (nothing complicated). They agreed and had me sit on the manicure table waiting for another tech to finish her client to proceed to me. I sat for a whole hour when she came to me she asked me why didn’t I come later to the tech that was able to get my nails done how I initially wanted, I nicely said no it’s ok just white nails with a few diamonds she said she didn’t know how.I had sat there for a whole hour and turns out she wasn’t going to do them. So unprofessional and careless. NEVER going back!!! It seems as if they would prefer customers to get their nails done with just polish and no option of design or glam.. they want you in and out quickly!
I went in there a month ago and David or Jose ( he goes by both names) did my nails and I was very happy with.
Next time I walked in, and he was busy so I was in a hurry, so the manager did my nails. I came back today and asked for him specifically and he told the girl on the front he doesn’t want to do my nails, she apologized and said the last time was some kind of miscommunication, without any explanation he turned his service. So rude, so unprofessional.. I was so shocked and left in disbelief. People don’t want to work these days .. what is the problem.. no customer service at all…
He doesn’t deserve paycheck or people paying him for his poor service.
