It says they are Under new management. I've been here 4 times. A bit far from the house but so worth it! Jessica is my girl. I do gel pedicure and full set gel or dip with her . She is the best! She takes her time, very neat and detailed. Make an appointment with Jessica. Service on 2/6/23
I tried this place out again recently after not having been here in a couple years. I’m glad I gave it another chance because if I hadn’t I would have missed out on Yen doing amazing nails! I have fun every time I go and get to chat and joke with the staff while I’m getting my nails done. I highly recommend giving it another shot if you haven’t been in a while. They are under new ownership and turning the place around ;)
The worse services, and the cuban lady never give attention to the costumers, i did my appointment with the girl a usually do it, wheni arrive in the places that girl tall me shes not working, and few hours tall me or course you can come shes here and make my appointment , so i show the model and i ask first if someone can do this and she says of course, and this is the results final, before moren then 4 HOURS!!! And its no the first time that happen to me with the front girl

I took my girlfriend here the other day to get a set done. First walked in and smelled something awful, the place was very unsanitary. We had trouble communicating with the crew because they only speak Spanish. We asked for prices since they don’t have a price with services posted anywhere and they came up with inconsistent pricing from previous experiences. All throughout the waiting period and service period there was constant arguing and yelling across the room from tech to tech, making it a very noisy experience for customers. The manager had to tell the techs to quiet down more than 2 times. Very unprofessional staff. The techs acted like they understood what service we wanted but then proceeded 10 minutes later to get a translator to clarify the service. They called a paying customer a “B*tch” in Spanish because she was complaining they did a poor job removing something on her nail. I wouldn’t be surprised if that customer left a review as well.

I was greeted with do you speak Spanish, which I don’t. The tech was on a video call when she got me not a big deal I figured she will hang up when she starts. Nope, she stayed on her video call the whole hour I was there, not just 1 call but 2. Hard to relax when you hear someone talking loudly. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered at diva. Plus it made me feel like since I don’t speak Spanish that I was not worthy to converse with. I let the manager know but I am pretty sure I won’t be back to find out if anything will be done. I work in the service industry and would never make my client feel like they don’t belong there. I gave 2 stars because the counter girl was very nice and concerned when I explained what happen, if it wasn’t for that I would of gave zero stars.
Love Diva Nails! Went twice while in West Palm Beach. Highly recommend. They gave my partner a cocktail and he sat in a massaging pedicure chair while I got an expert manicure!
Michael did an awesome job, he is the best. Day is also an adorable nail technician and she did a great job as well
One of the best nail technician. Excellent workmanship on my nails. Did all the work freehand design. Highly recommended.
