I loved my experience here, they are very gentle with your nails and pay attention to detail. At other nail salons my nails would hurt so bad but not here. Other reviews said that their wait time is long which isn’t true. If you do walk in, of course appointments have priority, you can literally make same day appointment too. Super friendly and kind people and kept asking me if I liked it, and free handed all the designs and they’re perfect. I have gotten so many compliments. 100000/10.
My first time here. Very quaint. My nail tech was careful and gentle. She didn't rush and made sure everything was to my liking. I'm particular about clean lines and non-bubbly polish - she nailed it - haha. I got a regular gel manicure.

i’ve only ever been to diva nails once and they did an amazing job, i will for sure be going here again. They take their time doing your nails and the final product is so pretty.
Pretty decent for the price, just have to keep eyes on the details and speak up about how you want your nail shape etc. Maybe not the cleanest, didn’t look like new package of tools per customer, but I did notice they had an autoclave, so maybe they just don’t store them in the peel open pouch after ????????♀️. $1.50 surcharge if you pay by CC. $35 for removal of gel and new set of gel manicure.

I had my nails done by Amy today and it absolutely exceeded my expectations, both in terms of value and quality! I was able to describe a vague idea of what I had in mind and Amy executed it perfectly. Definitely worth the wait if it's busy!
Went in with a friend to have our nails done together. Even though they put us in chairs next to each other the service was not done at the same time and my friend was left half way thru so they could work on another customer. The nail files they used were all chewed up, so I did not get a smooth edge on my nails. Filed more of my skin then the nails. Not sure why this place got into the top nail salons in Santa Cruz.
Got my nails done by Van; he was quick, gentle, efficient, and definitely skilled in his craft. These were $50 + plus tip in case you're looking for your new favorite nail place ????❤️????
