Worst beauty supply you can go to the hair looks already destroyed and not maintained on the mannequin they don't cut lace fronts because of their past situations supposedly. they won't let you check your hair before you buy it yet alone do they even know if they're giving you the right hair/wig you may be asking for I had to go and do they're work for them as two young female employees stood behind me and figure it out myself and match the wig on the Isle very unprofessional would never refer anyone to go buy hair is over price as well for synthetic and human hair. No point to even walk in there
Manager ÉRICA is rude with customers and her employees I’m a regular customer and I will never ever be back there again she was cussing in Spanish please ???? owner needs to take action a put a spy camera so he can listen what goes on in that store I’m sure they will loose customers and employees. Long story short I was there today while she was being rude to her employees I asked her for a product and she rolled her eyes ???? and told her employee to help me out just because I’m black. she assumed i didn’t speak Spanish because I’m dark skin I’m black/ latin. I will be filling a racism report. Because we are a free country and I’m pretty sure she is a bit legal to work here.

Would give zero stars if I could. ELIZABETH is a terrible manager and will cost this owner a ton of money and lost business. Her co workers especially the one with orange hair is just as bad. They were extremely unprofessional, lazy and unhelpful. I had to listen to an entire conversation about how no one likes another employee “Miss Erika.” Eventually I just walked out. The owner was not present but would be appalled that his business was run this way. DON’T SHOP HERE AS LONG AS THOSE LAZY GIRLS HAVE A JOB.
THESE PEOPLE R SO SWEET, I was struggling and she gave me A 30% discount and she called me pretty, I would go there every day!!!!
Terrible customer service... Lazy unprofessional workers. Elizabeth and her cohort need to find another job since they cannot be bothered to sell products or help customers.
I can always find what I want in there reasonably priced also
