Just had my septum pierced, according to the other reviews the lovely piercer’s name is Giuliana I assume, and she did a great job. Hardly hurt at all and just gave a little cry because I was trying so hard to hide my nervousness but she couldn’t have done better and I’m extremely happy about my new piercing.
The lady at the des was also very lovely as well and explained everything in terms of care very thoroughly.

Called the studio beforehand to enquire about the piercing I wanted and was able to go and get pierced the same day. Went to have a micro dermal piercing put in my lower back. The outside of the studio is off-putting as its right next to a souvenir shop but I think if you're going to Camden, you should expect this; the inside is lovely and spacious- and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I received a sheet of information on aftercare before I had my piercing done and I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. The piercer was nice; although when he was measuring the piercing point to make sure it would be straight, he wasn't really explaining what he was doing and of course, I couldn't see as the piercing was going in my back. Would've been helpful if he spoke about what he was doing. However, he did make me feel relaxed and it was over within a few seconds. Will be going back to get a second micro dermal to join the first one.
I had a great experience getting pierced in this store by the wonderful Giuliana. She was so efficient I almost didn't feel anything! She was so nice and everything was so clean and well organised that I came back and got two more piercings! I totally recommend going there, I am looking forward to getting another piercing there.
Got a tattoo there yesterday for my birthday. Decent price, staff were lovely and my tattoo artist (forgotten his name) was very funny to chat to while I was slightly dying aha. Overall a nice team there, relaxed atmosphere, clean and sterile equipment and they have your best interests at heart. Would recommend
I went here today to get two cartilage piercings and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They did a really good job and the piercer was super friendly and made me feel really relaxed. I'm so happy with my piercings. I don't get why people are complaining about the reception staff. They were friendly enough, answered my questions and told me what they needed to. I don't know, maybe some of you just got them on a bad day, or they could see that I was young and nervous or you just expected too much from them. They're great with after care advice and gave me a sheet which explains how to take care of the piercings perfectly. I'm going to go again to get another cartilage piercing when I have the money. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I haven't gotten a tattoo from there so I can't fully judge all their services but if you want a piercing I definitely recommend it!
I came here because I spoke to the guy on the desk who did my piercing. He's got a rockin dagger cheek tattoo. Really straight up friendly guy. Was gonna go to cold steel but initially bit the customer service didn't compare. this guy was awesome on the desk when I went in and was really friendly.
Went for my septum, chatted to him about it all he was really cool about talking me through it. Customer service here is over and above. Gonna go back and get some more piercings done first class
Was extremely sceptical about getting my nose pierced here, considering what it looked like from the outside. However, I had nothing to worry about because the staff were super friendly, the jewellery was sterile and the studio itself was very spacious and well-lit. For only £20 I got my nose pierced with SSS jewellery and even had the option to get it done for £30 using Titanium jewellery. They even gave me a lollipop after I got the piercing! In addition, Eclipse is one of the only places in Camden that accept 16+ oyster cards as a form of ID... Everywhere else expects to see a passport or a provisional licence.
Very friendly staff, lovely lady at the reception took my details and I was in the piercing room less than 10 minutes after I walked in. Very clean and well lit rooms, Alex pierced my septum and I would defo go back again. Very professional and polite, explained all my aftercare I can't wait to get more piercings here!
