Just like any nail shop, you experience to know who "Your Nail Lady" will be. You can't expect to get the best when you just driving around and stop at any nail shop. I have been coming here for years now. Kinda had every nail lady do my nails. Up until 3 yrs ago that I came across YVONNE. She is Good, Gentle, Funny too, SHE'S MY GO TO Nail Lady. It's best to make appointment with her though. Thanks for this morning Yvonne ????

The service are no good, the male person who does my pedicure yesterday doesn’t know or have no knowledge, no experience and I hope the owner will hire a well experience and they have to think first the quality that they can give, I’m not gonna come back to them

These ladies are wonderful. Great customer service. I take my Dad to get a mani and pedi, and they are so good with him.

This is a small salon with big talent. They are professionals; the staff is amazing! They are open ALL WEEK! 7 DAYS!!! It was the first nail spa that I visited when I moved to California, and I don't think I'll go anywhere else. They are close to my job, and all of the places that I frequent, which makes them all the more convenient. I love this place and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I got gel manicure for $25 and when I told the lady I wanted two colors she said they charge $2 extra. I’ve never had them tell me that in any other shop. When the ladies started doing my nails the other lady came and she said she was going to help her so it was uncomfortable for me. They did everything very fast and missed a spot I was shocked and very unsatisfied I’ve never been attended this bad. The lady also charged $2 for paying with card and asked for a tip after the horrible service and bad nails.

Today, after work, I was looking for a place to give my natural nails some TLC. I’ve been trying to grow them for a few weeks now, my nails grow fast but break easily if they don’t have gel on them. I came in with chipped, regular nail polish and asked for a Gel manicure.

First thing I noticed was, she did not ask me what type of shape I wanted. Just asked if she could cut them, I said no, file please.

Secondly, When she was cutting my cuticles, she proceeded to cut my nail edges as well! Never have I ever seen this done! I was not happy.

Thirdly, at one point of cutting cuticle. The lady suddenly changed the tool she had been using (which never left my sight from the time she started on me). I distinctly saw the clean tool move with her hand down to her box and then heard a clink, and saw a tool come up with cuticle still on it!! Yup, she went right to my nail without even bothering to clean it.

(I know I’m an idiot for staying there after that moment, but I really needed my nails to be fixed)

Fourth, my nails hadn’t even gotten a single coat of polish on them when I was asked if I could pay in advance as the manager was going home and “wanted to close the register”. I said sure. They charged me $23 for a gel manicure + $2 for using a credit card. $25 for a gel manicure not including tip! I'm not sure if they upcharged me because of the time; they closed at 7:30 PM (I got there at 7:00).

Tell me why, later on, I see someone paying via credit card well after the manager left.

Fifth, I had to ask her to even out my nail lengths as she left one hand with lengths longer than the other.

Sixth, she left me with nail polish stuck to my fingers.

Needless to say, I will never be coming here again. I can only give one star since the lady took her time with my cuticles.
