Worst manicure I've ever had! Was supposed to be ombre, the guy had trouble even putting the 2nd color on (dip), and then that 2nd color disappeared after 1 day! The color I ended up with on my nails didn't even closely resemble the color on the card that I chose my ombre from. My nails are not even filed straight and look horrible. The guy scraped skin off my finger (ouch) and did the same to my friend. They were rude to other customers, even yelling at one lady and kicking her out. Another older lady came to get a nail fixed because the color had come off after one day. My friend and I should have run right then, but we were on vacation and desperate for a mani. NEVER AGAIN will I go here. TERRIBLE PLACE! I couldn't even bring myself to walk back in there to show them what a horrible job they had done that the second color had disappeared because there was nothing they were going to be able to do to fix it since they are so bad at what they do. Seriously save yourself the waste of time and go somewhere else that knows how to do nails.

Love love love this place! Have tried countless places in the area to keep my liquid gel nails and finally found the spot! Have been super satisfied with my experiences there. Highly recommend!!

Refused service to my friend in a wheelchair for the simple fact explained that she was in a wheelchair. If that's not bad enough, when she came in the first time they said they didnt have time and she would have to get an appointment. Fair. When she came back for her appointment they said she couldn't because she's handicap. Despite this she gets her nails done at various salons once a month with no issues. If this is also outrageous to you I would say DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I moved here over 2 years ago. Tried several nail salons, and I came across Professional Nails, they are truly the best. The owner Cobby and his wife are amazing.The whole staff is! They are nothing, but kind. The salon is extremely clean and I have never had anyone do my nails as good as they do.I am from NY so that says alot bc NY has a nail salon on every corner. If you are looking for a good nail salon this is it!!

They took me in right away even though they were busy...Very professional and courteous...They took there time making certain that I and other customers got what we wanted...Beautiful gel pedicure and gel nails and they corrected three mistakes from another salon...I will be repeat business!

If I could give zero stars I would. As a caregiver for a young lady with cerebral palsy, this was the worst place to take her to get her nails done. First, the application was careless, secondly they REFUSED to have her sit in a salon chair because she “can’t walk” when they have let her sit for a pedicure previously, and thirdly, CANCELED a manicure appointment that they said they had time for until they seen who it was! Highly discriminatory, would not recommend supporting this business.

literally the best nail salon in SC. the service was incredible and they are so nice. in LOVE with my nails!❤️❤️

I will never get my nails done anywhere else from now on, they came out amazing and it was overall a great experience!
