First time going there. Should've checked the ratings. Went there w my sister in law. N they rushed us to pick a color for our nails. I asked the lady for glittered acrylic. N she wanted to put on the glittered nail polish. She seemed annoyed with what I wanted. N then her and the guy who were doing our nails just seem to start arguing in their language. I felt very uncomfortable and the atmosphere just didn't feel welcoming. She also gave me pink acrylic. Instead of the white clear one. N I don't like pink. But she seemed so annoyed w me that I didn't want to ask her n have her roll her eyes at me n throw me attitude again She put two of my nails cricket. N I showed her n she said she would file n fix it. Which she did not. She kept pushing my pushing my hands like she was annoyed n throwing my hands. I just moved around closed to the area n looking for a nail salon. Definitely not going back.
Worst place ever to go to get your nails done! Do not go here! They act like they don’t know why you are there when you walk in. They are very rude and have absolutely no customer service! I was placed with my fingers in acetone for over 30 minutes, with no one checking on me or even speaking to me. Even though I had an appointment, I was left just sitting there while other walks-ins got service. I ended up taking my hands out of the acetone, and I still just sat there, ignored. Please learn what good Custer service is and how to be a good human being, with kindness and respect to others. Horrible horrible business!
I can’t believe how uncomfortable this was. They were so rude. I felt like I had done something wrong. Did not change the towel under my hands from the last customer. There were fingernail clippings on it. I was so embarrassed that I didn’t say anything. I should have left and I’m kicking myself for staying which is why I had to leave a review.
Worst nail job I've ever seen. It looked as if my 11 year old daughter did them herself. Plus cost us 65 before tip. Won't make that mistake again
I've been here a few times now. The first time I was here my experience was wonderful and Gary was too. But the next time I went it was horrible. They were burning my nail bed with the dremyl trying to get the gel off. They didn't soak them long enough or had steering enough product to remove it gently. And they passed me off to three nail techs that day. The last time I went there was a new person there that I'm guessing isn't licensed because he would go from person to person only doing the first few steps of mani-pedi. Gary doesn't work there anymore. I've of the chairs this lady was in next to me would not go back and she had longer legs too. I felt sorry for her and they didn't care cos they didn't move her to a chair that worked
I always go here once a month. I have a tight work schedule and Mary always squeezes me in when necessary! Gary is also a sweetheart and does my pedicures so lovely!
My favorite nail place around! I refuse to go anywhere else! ♡ Kelley and her family do amazing work and truly care about every client. She does a great job squeezing my daughter and I in on such short notice and does a beautiful job everytime! Highly recommend Ok nails for all your beauty needs ☆
I have gone to OK Nails for years. And like it's name says, it's just OK. But today was very different. The owner told me to come back at 11:30 and I did. She became very angry at me, speaking in her language but I could tell how heated she was. I repeatedly asked if there was a problem or if I should just go. The entire time I was there she was complaining, they never spoke with me or tried to engage with me. The man did a rush job, leaving my nails in bad shape. I will never return to OK Nails. They are horribly rude people.
