I had several friends of mine go to this business And their service was bad The woman manager had yelled at all the customers with bad attitude with no respect, treating my friends like dogs. This place of service ELITE NAILS AND SPA I do not recommend for anybody to go here, the WOMAN MANAGER needs to learn how to act and how to talk to her customers in a passion way with respect, To the women Manager who yelled at my friends you have business stop treating others ugly (1) Repect others (2)show compassion (3) Honor your customers (4) Be kind (5) Treat them like humans (6) Be polite (7)Act Right (8) Stop Hurting others you will be shut down..
I've done a few reviews in my time and always laughed when people said if they could give zero stars they would. Well today I understood the meaning behind the words and it was no longer funny. When I walked in I informed the manager I was there for a mani/ pedi she said ok and instructed me to a booth where a tech began my manicure. 5 minutes in the tech offered me to have both services performed at once, I declined, as thats not my preference. She said it was not a problem and continued the service. When she completed the service, I proceeded to go sit down in front as the pedicure chairs were full. I did not have a problem waiting. when I walked to the front the "manager" asked me for payment. When I informed her that I was still getting my pedicure service she said no you're not. We are full with appointments. “Pay for your manicure and go.” It is 2:38p.m and the shop closes at 7pm.I was Blindsided by the whole ordeal. I repeated what the lady was telling me to her making sure I was not misunderstanding. She continued to make a scene, yelling and talking to me disrespectfully telling me to leave. " You should've just done what I said when she told you to get a Mani / pedi at the same time!!" I informed her the tech said it was not a problem, that it was more for customers who were in a hurry and my choice. She then screamed, " I'm the manger you should talk to me!!" I asked why would I do that? I told her I had no problem waiting for the pedicure. She told me again, " No , pay and leave! " To avoid further upset and anger of my own, I paid and left. I have never been so disrespected in all of my life. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to go to this location and deal with the disrespect and lack of professionalism that this lady put out. I was simply trying to get a service. It was so uncalled for. Other patrons looked on in shock at the ladies behavior, but they did not leave. I hope seeing a " manager" behave in such a way makes them never go again. There are too many nail shops to patronize one with " managers" exhibiting behaviors like this .
Had to put 1 star other wise I would have put 0 that's what they deserve. Judge for ur self I got a medium full set a Gucci sticker and a gel pedicure which they cut my toe really bad. They charged me 87.00 please save ur hard earning money and do not go there they just charge what ever they want super poor service. The lady that did my nail took for ever and didn't know how to do what I asked for. I told the manager or owner not sure that they cut my toe really bad and she didn't care she ignored me.
I’ve been going to this place on and off for years. These are just 2 photos of my favorite sets that I could find in my phone atm. Anyways, they have some really great talent, and there customer service is not to bad. The rhinestone set is my most recent. I let her create something from the ideas I had showed her because I was so indecisive. She did not disappoint????(I feel terrible because I can’t remember her name for the life of me) Sometimes you gotta just trust the process????♀️????????????
The manager is disgustingly rude, all she cares for is her money & not the treatment of her clients. It’s also very dirty. I didn’t see them clean in between pedicures, only rinsed. They double dip in their wax so who knows how many peoples germs are in there. Don’t waste your time going there.
I been coming to this place since i was 14 years old I’m now 34. The service here is great. I love to get there early because they are always busy.
After going for a year or so I decided to be a walk in and show up had my two daughters with me and was rudely asked are they with you? Obviously ???? since they are little girls and walking in with me. The front desk lady asked what I was there for I said manicure and pedicure she then tells me to come back because their is no space so she basically didn’t want everyone sitting in her waiting area big discrimination if you ask me when I told her I wanted to wait for a particular nail tech she also said she busy not right now maybe later i could of done my pedicure and then done my nails but she decided to quickly dismiss me I won’t be returning and I seen them be rude to other people before I just never imagined it would be my turn I guess that’s just the way she is . Sad for the nail tech the front desk lady just made her lose 80$
