I read quite a few negative reviews about this place before deciding to try it anyway, and found the place to be much better than the reviews suggested. My experience was mostly fine. The place is easy to find with ample parking in the lot. The machines worked just fine and the coin changer was stocked well-enough to provide me with all the quarters I needed in order to do my laundry. I also found the other customers to be helpful and pleasant. I would not recommend going to this location after dark, especially for someone going alone. There are way too many vagrants wandering around aimlessly in the parking lot and around the building and area in general. The business should have someone on-site to greet customers and provide security, because that is what responsible owners do, but this place does not, so they lost a star but probably should have lost two of the five stars as a result. All of the machines I used worked fine, but I was told by other customers to put my hand on the glass of each dryer and if warm to the touch that it was okay to use, and I found their advice helpful. To the business owner: The competition in this area is quite weak and it would take almost no effort for you to do a better job of running and building this business! Hire someone to be on-site, or show up to run your business, and repair the machines that are either out of service or not working properly and you'd end up as the only laundry in town. Lowering your standards to your competition is no recipe for success. Please do better!

Poor , they don't even deserve 1 start that's stilli giving them credit. This picture is a fard , it's nasty in here no bathroom, no working snick, n machines don't work , there no number to contact anyone to get your money back , or even a free wash from the machines taking your money. 5 machines has tooken my money already, this is insane, each machines was 4.75 to wash that i uesed I cant imagine how stressful n over wheeling this can be to the people who come n have there last at these wash houses here in Barstow, n can't get a hold on any body smfh

A filth pit. Dirty washers. Dryers that circle around but heating is non existent. Half the dryers have tape over the coin slots. Floor tiles broken. Ceiling tiles missing. Trash on the floors and counters. No emergency contact phone numbers available. Business license posted is from seven years ago from previous owners. Change machine on wall states use at your own risk. Water leaking on floor from machine and no attendant to mop it up. This is a disgusting place that should be shut down.

Arrived to do laundry at night. Approaching the entrance from the parking lot when I saw a few men zombie like walking around inside. I didn't even waste a second to thinking about doing an about face and leaving the area. Didn't even make it to the door. What a waste of time.

This place is a mess and need to be improved. Takes your money and dryers are a rip off now how is it 8 mins for .25 that's a rip off

I had to come here, just to dry my laundry, because my normal laundry mat was full and I didn't feel like waiting for at least an hour for the dryers!!

Not bad fair pricing but some washers leave black marks on clothes

First time here and is nasty, the washer I used is not even working my clothes it just sitting there I’m waiting for the minutes to finish so I can get out of here. I’m never coming back and there’s no employee here to ask for help…
