Favorite spot to get my nails done. I usually get gel or dip on my real nail but have seen them so amazing work on acrylics too. They will fix your nails if they break. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time, but expect to still wait when you get there.
this used to be my go to nail salon but lately have not been pleased. asked for tapered square and was totally ignored. more than 1 of my nails are completely uneven and when i asked him (not sure his name) to fix one of my nails and he said the only way to fix it was to take the nail off completely. i said that's fine and he sighed more than once in front of me like my satisfaction with my nails was an inconvenience to him.
I was highly disappointed in this nail salon. I had been here years ago and their service was phenomenal; however I had moved down south and started going elsewhere. I recently moved back up north and figured I would go here. Wrong choice. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived waited to be seated for 30 minutes. When I was finally seated for my pedicure I waited another 30 mins sitting in cold water before someone came to me. Mind you, I was seated with two other girls who arrived after me and they were helped way before me. I got the same pedicure as the lady next to me and I noticed that the lady doing mine did not do all the steps as the other lady next to me. The lady doing my pedicure made me feel bad for getting my nails done. She constant kept making comments saying “ too big”. She pinched me multiple times in the process. I honestly was so glad when it was done. What I was hoping for a nice relaxing nail appointment turned to be one of the longest waits; with me wanting to leave in tears.
My wife and I love this place. They are very busy because they are very good at what they do. They create a spa like experience with a family feel. They have happy and skilled staff who pay attention to the details. Schedule your appointment although they do walk-ins too.

I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else, Phil and his staff are incredible and do an amazing job. The salon is spotless, they have so many options for colors/services with the best prices in town. They even fix broken nails for a period of time after your service at no charge. My girl Jenn is an absolute QUEEN at what she does, she's an artist not just a nail tech. If you like what you see in my review make sure to call and set an appointment requesting her (Jenn)!!!
My mom and sisters have been going here for years! we all regularly go together to get mani & pedis. They always do GREAT, we have laughs & def relaxing. Some days it’s a wait or busy but it’s a POPULAR salon, you take what you can Get. Some techs can be a little tough but nothing a little speaking up can change that! I’ve had ingrown nails that they’ve asked if they even want me to address. Thank you 360! Will continue being a customer :)
Usually happy with how my nails are sometimes. The wait and customer service experience is bad they treat you like a number not a client . If you schedule an appointment expect to wait an hour . The guy up front is a yess man and has no consideration for the appointment. He just sais yea yea to everyone. They don’t listen to detail the pedicure I got the lady over charged me and missed a few steps. My niece had the same appointment time and waited an hour n half . They treat their customers bad I will definitely be looking elsewhere.
