Quick Facts About Bebe Nails
Bebe Nails has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, revealing both strengths and weaknesses of the place. In this analysis, I will discuss these strengths and weaknesses in detail.
Starting with the strengths, many customers praised the great manners of the staff at Bebe Nails. They appreciated the polite and friendly nature of the employees, noting that they always felt welcomed and comfortable during their visits. This creates a positive and pleasant atmosphere for customers, enhancing their overall experience.
Availability is another strength mentioned by customers. They expressed satisfaction with the fact that Bebe Nails is always open and ready to serve them. This is particularly valuable for those who have busy schedules or prefer spontaneous visits without the need for an appointment.
Another strength of Bebe Nails is the wide selection of colors available. Customers mentioned that they had plenty of options to choose from when it came to nail polish or dip colors. This variety allows customers to express their personal style and find the perfect shade for their nails.
Customers also appreciated the responsiveness of the staff when it came to addressing their concerns. One customer mentioned how they were not initially satisfied with their nails but were able to express their dissatisfaction without any trouble or attitude from the staff. In response, Bebe Nails changed the nails to the customer's liking. This shows that the establishment is willing to accommodate customer preferences and rectify any issues that arise.
Furthermore, customers frequently mentioned specific nail technicians by name, such as Gina, Kevin, and Tram, noting them as the best in their opinion. This suggests that these individuals have developed a reputation for providing excellent service, further enhancing the overall quality of Bebe Nails.
Moving on to the weaknesses, a recurring issue mentioned by customers was the aggression or roughness of some of the nail technicians. One customer shared how their cousin started bleeding due to the aggressiveness of their nail tech. This demonstrates a lack of carefulness and attention to detail, which can result in negative experiences for customers.
In addition to rough treatment, there were complaints about the overall quality of the nail services provided. One customer was disappointed with their manicure, noting that the nail technician refused to do multiple colors or designs due to the end of their shift. This limited the customer's options and left them unsatisfied with the final result. Another customer expressed dissatisfaction with their acrylic nails, stating that they were shaped poorly and had an odd appearance due to the addition of clear polish.
Pricing and billing issues were also mentioned as weaknesses. One customer stated that they were overcharged for their acrylic and gel services, while another customer disputed the discrepancy between the quoted price over the phone and the actual price they were charged. These instances create distrust and frustration among customers.
Furthermore, there were complaints about unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by some staff members. One customer mentioned feeling rushed through the process and ignored when requesting a certain nail length. Another customer noted that a staff member got irritated when asked to fix the paint. These experiences indicate a lack of professionalism and attentiveness on the part of some employees.
In conclusion, Bebe Nails has strengths in terms of excellent manners, availability, a wide variety of colors to choose from, and the ability to address customer concerns. However, weaknesses lie in the aggression and poor quality of some nail services, pricing and billing issues, as well as unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by certain staff members. It is important for Bebe Nails to address these weaknesses to ensure a more consistent and positive customer experience.

They all have great manners, always available & have plenty of colors to choose from. I’ve only experienced one time I wasn’t too fond of my nails and when I expressed it they changed them to my liking without any trouble or attitude. I go every 2 weeks & have been for a few months now.
I went in for a pedicure because my other nail shop didn’t do a good job and left my nails damaged . I was helped by Gina and she did such a great job on my feet and I told her about my hands being super sensitive because of previous damage from another nail tech she recommended nail dip ! I’m so glad I did not only do my nails look good , they don’t hurt because of the light coating she applied . Will be returning . Nails on point
I have been going here for a few years. Kevin and Tram are the best (in my opinion ). Yes they do walk-ins but it's best to call when your on your way.
Got a manicure with my cousin and we're pretty disappointed. My nail tech was very aggressive and refused to do multiple colors or designs because her shift was ending. My cousin started bleeding because of her nail tech being aggressive. They also messed up the colors of her nails and didn't place the colors properly.
I did not like this experience at all, I originally went in for a fill and asked for a design but they told me they could only do French and full color. You can also see my acrylic nail was originally a nude and the added clear which made it look weird and shaped them weridly. I would not recommend coming for acrylics
Update: from 4 ???? down to 2... just went in and was overcharged for acrylic and gel. Asking for a design with crystals that is just pitiful and lazy workw.i spent 107 dollars for this man to be rude and tough with my fingers and my hands. Cuts galore... I've given them a second chance but be warned..
They agreed to see me before closing and served us all wine. I loved the service. I'd vote 5 stars if the nice woman wouldn't gave been so rough with my fingers and hands. Other than that I'm happy with the outcome
terrible, they completely rushed through the whole process and did not listen to me when I said I did not want my nails cut too short. made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes, and was told it would be $90 when I stated that the woman on the phone told me $60. very rude and unprofessional, you’ll have a much better experience elsewhere, this is money gone down the drain.
the man did want to listen to what I had to say, got irritated when I was asking him to fix the paint, the rest is self explanatory.
