Ginza Restaurant: Strengths and Weaknesses
Ginza Restaurant has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, which provide insights into its strengths and weaknesses. Below is an analysis of the comments:
Strengths:
1. Excellent Food: Multiple customers have praised the food at Ginza Restaurant, particularly the steak and chicken dishes. The generous portions and the addition of unlimited yum yum sauce were appreciated. The positive reviews indicate that the restaurant has a strong culinary offering.
2. Fair Price: Many customers have highlighted the reasonable pricing of the dishes at Ginza Restaurant. The affordability of the meals, especially in comparison to fast food restaurants, has been praised by several reviewers. This competitive pricing provides a definite advantage for the restaurant.
3. Generous Servings: The portion sizes at Ginza Restaurant have been described as generous by multiple customers. The ability to take leftover food home in a to-go box indicates that customers receive good value for their money.
4. Friendly Service: Several patrons have mentioned the friendly staff and great customer service at the restaurant. The positive interactions with staff members contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Experience: Some customers have mentioned a decline in the quality of Ginza Restaurant since its ownership changed hands. There have been reports of being refused service minutes before the closing time, which led to a negative customer experience. Inconsistency in service can be seen as a weakness.
2. Temperature and Ambience: One customer complained about the low temperature in the restaurant, suggesting that the air conditioning was too cold. Furthermore, the absence of music was mentioned, which might have impacted the overall ambience negatively.
3. Inefficient Phone Service: There have been instances where customers had negative experiences while trying to contact the restaurant via phone. Complaints ranged from being put on hold and then disconnected to multiple instances of hanging up after answering. This inefficiency in phone service can frustrate potential customers and impact their perception of the restaurant.
4. Quality of Certain Dishes: While the overall food quality received positive reviews, one customer specifically mentioned the hibachi dishes, stating that both the scallops and steak lacked freshness and flavor. This suggests that there might be inconsistencies in the preparation and quality of certain menu items.
Overall, Ginza Restaurant has several strengths that include excellent food, fair pricing, generous portions, and friendly service. However, there are weaknesses to address, such as inconsistent experiences, issues with temperature and ambience, inefficient phone service, and occasional concerns about the quality of specific dishes. By addressing these weaknesses, Ginza Restaurant can further improve the overall dining experience and continue to attract and satisfy customers.

Stopped by on the way home for lunch. The food here is excellent! Had the steak and chicken. There is unlimited yum yum sauce!! Was enough food that we each took some home for dinner. Price was the same as other places but you get more food.
The food was very good. The only thing we didn't like was the air.. it was so cold in there! Brrr. They could use some music too.
We have eaten here a lot over the past decade, but since the previous owners sold it, it isn't the same. I was refused service last night with my wife and daughter. It was 8:31, and they close at 9. We would have eaten our food and been paying by 9. But we were told that they stop seating customers at 8:30. Seriously? One minute earlier??? Horrible customer service. These photos are from a previous visit, as is the rest of this post.
Good food, and a very fair price. My family (3 of us) had steak or chicken dinners, all with zucchini, fried rice, mushrooms, and soup for $24. We can't eat at most fast food restaurants for that cheap. I highly recommend Ginza! We ate half of our dinners before I remembered to take pictures. The servings are very generous. Most people will have to get a to-go box.
Another update: prices have gone up, but that's expected. 3 of us ate our usual for $30, which is up by $2/plate. Service is fair, and they now have a sign on the door advising that they stop seating people 30 minutes before close.
I didn't even realize this place was here so I'm happy it popped up on Google maps. The hibachi...eh...wasn't very good. (I got the steak and scallops...the scallops were overcooked and the steak didn't taste fresh so I only ate one piece)
BUT the sushi and the service were both phenomenal and is the reason I'm giving 5 stars. I was drawn to the restaurant because there were amazing pictures on Google maps of the sushi, and thats what was good.
Super sweet staff and great customer service as well
Since I've found this little Gem tucked away last week I've been a total of 5 times in the last 6 days only because they were closed on sunday is how come I didn't have 6 out of 6 days in a row.. fast and friendly customer service by staff..helpful and highly recommended.. hibitchi steak and chicken and also shrimp with double rice no veggies ???? ❤️ My Favorite! Don't forget the white sauce/shrimp sauce aka yum yum sauce.
Called and was asked to be put on hold but they hung up on us instead. Decided to recall restaurant and was put on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on us again. Waited a few minutes and tried a third time, they answered, didn’t say anything and hung up. Highly disappointed as this is our first interaction with the restaurant.
Great service food not so great.. Food has no taste very dry chicken n steak.. taste just like water
Delicious food and great service can't get enough of their food.
