Not professional at all. Store hours say open at 9 a.m and the store was closed. A lady in front of the store says the owner is on the way to open the store. It is now 11 a.m and the store is still not opened. I’m all about supporting black businesses, but this ain’t the move. The Asians would never be this unprofessional. When they give a time for opening their business that’s when they open, not having customers waiting outside. A few customers have all ready pulled off and went somewhere else. Ugh!!!!!
I have been here several but today their customer service was horrible. I personally feel they upcharged a child with confusion on their pricing. My daughter and I called before we went and of course it was a totally different price once she got there. Charging $20 to detangle hair without even washing? Where do they do that at. Unfortunately, I left to go to work because if not I would have surely not let them touch her hair any further. Plus didn’t want to disappoint my baby. Shame on you for showing dishonesty with a loyal customer and now I know to not come back again.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. This store by far has the worst customer service. The owner/lady with the horrible attitude and doesn't greet you when you enter, matter of fact she was busy eating food behind the counter with her hands to even pay attention to a patron new to the area eager to support black businesses. There are no prices on the items and when I got to the counter she told me the total and got an attitude when I asked for the cost of each item I had. I said thanks by no thanks and just walked out. Even though the store is close to my home I am willing to drive further to get better customer service and be treated like a human being. Dont waste your time there. If I could rate it negative star I would.
This store has the rudist employees/owner. When I entered the store I greeted the lady behind the counter several times. She did not respond. So I looked around the store for the product I needed.
After a few minutes I returned to the counter to ask for assistance. I had to ask several times before the lady acknowledged me. She just continued to stamp-price items until SHE was finished.
After several more requests she told me I would have to "look over there"; nodding in the direction of some shelf. After again searching the shelfs, I again had to repeatedly ask for assistance. Nothing.
Eventually a young lady came over to help me find and purchase the product I needed.
I don't know why I was treated so rudely, totally initially ignored and made to feel like an intruder.
I will never shop there again even though it is conveniently located near my home.
Walked in the store and was NOT greeted. Rummaged through boxes of braiding hair for 20 minutes looking for the color and length that I needed. Lady walks in goes behind the counter and watches me dig through the boxes for another 10 minutes. Then when I ask for help, tries to give me a completely different color and length then what I was looking for so that SHE didnt have to dig through the boxes. They will NOT get my business again.
They don’t put price tags on none of there items! Every time you go in watch carefully because they charge you a different price every time!!!! Didn’t like that all all. Happen on more than one occasion too.
