I decided to get a manicure and pedicure and it was a nightmare. The technician did not do a great job. My nails were crooked and unevenly filed. Also glue was left on my fingers. At one point when I was getting my pedicure, she had to take a break to work on someone else. It was so frustrating and unrelaxing.
I went here to get a Acrylic fill in and nail repair on one nail and they charged me $40. Something told me to check the price board while I was drying my nails and it said $20 for acrylic fill in and $3 for a nail repair. My total should have been $23 I asked the lady at the front why was I overcharged and they started speaking to each other in their native language. I don't think it's professional to communicate amongst each other when dealing with a customer concern that speaks English. They only gave me $5 back and I'm still missing $12 I didn't even argue I just left.
I've tried them twice and was not happy either time. Had to ask repeatedly for them to be evenly filed and shortened, before he finally sighed loudly and I quit asking. Decent prices, but I'd rather have someone do what I ask.
Awful customer service and the quality of work was just as bad. Lashes, full set, and pedicure. When I go to the nail salon, I go to relax and feel pampered. I walked out more stressed out than before I went in!
They're pretty good. I highly recommend them. It's just on a busy day they do rush jobs. But, over all Ive been going there for over a year. Even before covid. I paid $45 for this set! (Dipping powder) I highly recommend you go on a day they're not super busy so they can give more attention to your "needs".
The customer service in this establishment is HORRIBLE!! I just recently moved to this area and decided to stop here. I received a Deluxe Pedicure and a Gel Fill In. I paid $90 for these services. This wasn’t out of the ordinary because this is what I normally pay for my mani and pedi. Six days after services were rendered I noticed a discoloration in my gel polish and my nails began chipping off. I went back to have them change my polish and to correct my nails. I was willing to pay half of what they initially charged me for these services. They insisted chipping happens within a week! Lies! I’ve been getting the same services every two weeks, for three years and I’ve never witnessed this must damage. They wanted to give me $5 off. I insisted that I deserved a more reasonable discount, especially with the amount I initially paid. When I disagreed with her she told the workers to stop working on my nails and she up charged it another $15! I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service and would never recommend this establishment!!! (I didn’t get a picture of my nails before, I assumed they’d be fixed...”) ????

They do a great job and have never hurt my fingers,, but my last visit was $10 more than I expected and they didn't have the color I chose
