She really cut my bangs without asking me length and completely screwed my hair up. They sneakily insert silicon wash into conditioners and will leave you with stringy hair that can not hold a curl. Curl pattern gone! She proceeds tell me I look Dominican after messing up my cut. Why the hell would my gorgeous self need wanna look like anything, but myself. The issues with these types of salons is that do what they want and never really what u ask. They also use entirely too much darn heat and never enough hair protectant. Soooooo it was either a bad review or me go in and demand my money back and sue the salon! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my daughter here on two diff. Occasions. She is every bit of 7yrs old with a nice amount of hair. Not course or nappy, just very thick. I only took her there for a wash and blow dry.

The first two times I took her there they charged a set price of $35. Then when I went back they tried to charge $50 (just for a wash and blow dry). Remind you she is 7.

I never went back and never plan on going back. Horrible experience. I hope they go out of business.

I have ver curly hair and obviously too much for them to manage. I later found out the these people relaxed my hair while washing it! They didn’t ask and they didn’t tell me! My curl pattern is forever changed! I am devastated and disappointed with this place! I can see the difference in my hair as my hair is still straight even after washing it and weeks gone by! I will be filing other complaints on this company!

When I first came here, I was impressed. I returned. I signed my name in the book and took a seat. The stylist called me to bowl, but never asked what services I was getting. I stopped and stated that I wanted my hair colored. I picked put the color. Well, I noticed that she was starting from my roots, and not sectioning my hair. She slapped the dye on my hair. Fast forward, the color that I picked was not what I received. I spoke up and she attempted to call someone, but it was nothing done. I asked for my ends to be clipped, and she did a bad job. My roots are so much lighter than my hair. I paid for a service that I did not like. If that stylist stayed off her phone maybe I could had a better experience. It is a shame because I thought I found a salon I could continue to go too.
