Staff was incredible! Friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. The doctor did a fantastic job on my lips, she corrected my crooked smile and made them perfect to the size I wanted. I was super nervous going in; the doctor and Staff were very patient with me and made me feel super comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Evolution is incredible!! As a male I was a bit apprehensive to try their services but from the very first moment every employee put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. Brittany (my esthetician was the consummate professional), the "Boss", Dede, was incredibly accommodating, made me feel very welcome and has a heart of gold. And of course I can't forget Holli. Such a sweet, wonderful and amazing lady. Thank you so much for giving a first timer such a terrific experience!! I will most certainly come back and will be singing your praises around the Rochester area.

I considered going here because its conveniently close to home, but I never will. Based on the owners responses in some of these reviews. They expose their client's treatments when some clients did not say what they were there for; which is a violation of HIPAA.

Brittany did my hydra facial & my face looks so smooth, plump, fresh & new! She was amazing & really got deep into my pores. She explained to me about how to care for my face without breaking my bank & suggested a few products to use to help me with taking better care of my skin. She was friendly & caring & really wanted me to get the best care for my skin. I highly recommend her for any type of care for your skin. The front receptionist Elizabeth took her time explaining to me what I truly needed & didn’t try selling me procedure I didn’t need. She was so amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to preserve & reverse their face!

Such a horrible experience at this office. Anytime I went in for a treatment they had new women working with me. A high employee turnover rate is not good for a business, which means something is wrong there. The owner is extremely pushy, overwhelming, and flat out rude. One of the aestheticians that worked with me called me inappropriate names in the middle of my treatment. So unprofessional and made me feel really bad about myself. I called and complained, asked for her to never be assigned to me again, and then next time I went in she was the only woman working with no exceptions. There was no phone call to let me know, thus I had to be with her again and there was no apology. I was assigned with her again for every treatment then on, which I was very disturbed about.

After my treatment package was done they told me I had two free touch ups available. I went in for a touch up and when I was ready to leave they told me it was $210... taking advantage much? What the heck is that? I will never go back to this office and I will NEVER recommend to someone I know to be put through the same thing I did. Absolutely awful business.

I had a great hydrafacial with Brittany. They have a complimentary skin analysis on my first visit and explained everything in detail. It was so interesting and helpful! My skin feels amazing after my hydrafacial! I also met the owner Dede and she is the sweetest! This place is way more personable compared to other studios.

Went there for my first laser hair removal appointment with my 1 yr old daughter cause I don't have a babysitter. Everyone there were very welcoming and even babysat my daughter while I had my treatment done. That, to me, is above and beyond great service. I'm looking forward to going back.
