Tracy has done an amazing job on my nails both times I've used her. Not only is she quick, but my nails look exactly, if not better, than the photo I showed her. If you are looking for Nail Art, she is your girl!

I have been going to Anna at Excellent Nails in Albany, OR for a year (every 3 weeks). She does a fabulous job and is the prices are reasonable. The whole crew is friendly.

Goodness! I came in for a classic French Tip acrylic. I never leave reviews, but this time even a week after the nail job I just had to. When I mean messed up from the floor up that is exactly what I mean. I asked a few times for a fix and I was told over and over I am not done yet. 5 out of 10 nails crooked, when acrylic shaved down very in even. One nail tip he glued two so it's thicker then the others. I asked if I could wash my hand before setting the final nails and was told no either was is good. I had grains and dirt permanently visible. No shape after file was the same. NOT TO MENTION THEY ONLY TAKE CASH ????

This place has done my wife’s nails 4 times now, but each Time she gets them done they end up progressively worse! Today was no exception, she paid $45 to get a refill and paint job done, only to notice several hours later back at home that the paint was peeling in many different areas on her nails! Absolutely ridiculous and terrible job by the nail person at this business. Not to mention, as other reviewers have stated, the workers in this place are extremely rude and disconnected with their customers. They act as if they’re above people and my wife and I are extremely disappointed with their service. I wouldn’t care if they went out of business! Absolute terrible service for the amount of money they charge! I will highly recommend to anybody reading this review do not waste your time or money with these idiots!

Sometimes, you get good service somethings the end up giving you crooked nails. Went in to get my nails filled and they told me that my nails were so bad that I had to get a new set. Proceeded to rip off my nails And didn't care when I told them that it was hurting me. The guy doing my nails didn't speak a word to me the entire time And when I tried to make conversation it was one worded answers. They've also put way too much Acrylic on my nails that they are so bulky. Also they don't charge you the price that is posted on their board. You'll end up paying more Like I did. I didn't ask for the new set, they demanded it. I also wouldn't recommend getting a pedicure, I end up with an ingrown nail that ended up infected.

Got my nails done fabulous as always, they're great at keeping a nice atmosphere and getting you in quickly. Love coming here and won't go anywhere else.

First and last time there. It was the only place who could get me in in the morning instead of evening time. I got a pink and white ombré, coffin shape which I’ve done multiple times. The lady who did my nails made them super bulky to the point where I asked her to file them down and she said it would ruin the paint which made no sense since there was no paint used in the process. Usually they use the pink powder and white powder and the file them down, this woman did the two powders and then a clear powder on top of those and no filing down. She shaped them to where they went over my nail bed on my skin and it’s been super uncomfortable. I’ve kept my nails done for about 3 years and have never had this problem. I didn’t even want to pay for them after. I will stick to my regular guy from now on even if it’s at 8 at night.

Love this place always get in and get my nails done on the weekend. Very kind staff always willing to help
